Economically great 🛴 The scooter came within five days of Amazon prime and I’d say it’s appropriately priced. There’s so much to like about the scooter. The scooter comes with an app. And the app is user-friendly. The app is really great in handy to have and can change the speed on the scooter. It could use the motor of the scooter and turn on the headlight. It also has a map inside the app so you can know where you’re going. The best thing about the scooter that was the app controls locking the scooter. If you don’t have a lock for the scooter, the app can simply lock the scooter. Which won’t make it rideable for other people. The scooter is aerodynamically pleasing to the eye and has a steady base. This scooter is one of the best I’ve had and rides very smoothly. It does go 90 mph, but I wasn’t able to get it to go 19 mph the first month they had it. I contacted the seller and I asked how to make it go 90 mph and they simply stay did you have to press the power button seven times fast after turning it on in order to make it go 19 mph. All in all great scooter and we use it everyday. Battery life lasts about a good 6 hours! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This scooter came with almost 98% assembled in its box. All I had to do was to flip the bar handle up and lock it into place, no need for any tools or anything other steps to assembled it. My first impression as I was riding it on it, that it was slow and did not have the 19mph speed like advertising, until I checked the manual and found out that it's a safety feature to prevent kids from riding it too fast unless they know how to unlock that speed limit (which is to press the power button 7 times consecutively or unlock it through the mobile app). It's a good feature to have but can be a bit annoying if you have to ride and stop frequently. However, despite from that "feature", I really like this electric scooter. It's fast (after speed limit unlocked), very nice handling, smooth ride as it has built-in front shock struts to help reduce bumps and dips. The handle bar's height is perfect for anyone at least 5ft 4" and above (this scooter is not made for kids or someone's shorter than 5ft 2"). I like having a real mechanical hand brake as I can feel my speed better when braking and apply it gradually instead of having electric brake. Another very cool feature is the cruise control, which stays at the constant speed and I don't have to keep my finger on the accelerator at all time, which if riding a long distance, can lead to finger fatigue and feels very tired afterward. The built-in headlight is also bright and provide enough light for me to see about 20 ft ahead. The scooter doesn't have an actual keylock system, but when turned on and connect to my phone, I can actually put it into suspend mode (the motor won't run and the wheels won't turn at all even if push manually), which can only be unlocked by my phone, however, it requires the scooter to have power on when it's in suspend mode, which can drain the battery a bit. I wish they can change that firmware and allow it to be in suspended mode and have the motor turned off, which can be turned back on at a later time for me to take it out of suspend mode only by my phone. The scooter is very stable, accelerates quickly, and the lights are bright enough to ride safely even at night. It has a very long battery life, the shock absorption of the scooter is very good, and it is not bumpy at all when riding at high speed. One of my favorite things about this scooter is that when you apply the brakes, the taillights come on like a real car, and you can feel that the designers put a lot of effort into it. ... show more

Very easy to put together (it took about 10 minutes) when I received it. Screwing the handle bars onto the stand was pretty intuitive, and it HAD to be because the directions are cursory and not all that helpful. The scooter worked, so I must have done something right. While riding, the scooter feels solid and safe, and the digital readings are easy to see. HOWEVER, the hook on the stand that is meant to connect to the loop near the back tire is MISSING, so when I fold the handle down, I can't connect it to anything. ERGO--I CAN'T CARRY THE SCOOTER FOLDED. I have put in a request through Amazon (where I bought it), but no answer so far. I need to be able to carry the scooter folded--this is one of the reasons why i bought it! Otherwise, I'd give it five stars. ... show more

I'm 40 something and this is the first scooter I've owned, so I can't really compare but this one works great! I was concerned about how easy it would be to use it without having an accident but it is very easy to ride and I haven't had any problems or close calls. I got this for riding around the neighborhood or visiting tourist areas because it is smaller and more portable than a bike and I'm super happy with it. Charge time, speed, and miles per charge all match up with the specifications here. The app works well and the large screen is nice. It is a little bumpy but I expected that due to the solid tires, which I prefer over tires that go flat. This is really the best purchase I've made in a while, and you can expect a quality product if you decide to get one. ... show more

Bought the scooter to ride around the neighborhood and it serve my needs. On paper, scooter can go as far as 22 miles range but I live in a small neighborhood so I can't really test the theory. The scooter is very easy to ride, press the trigger and it slowly accelerate. Scooter is easy to setup, take it out of the box, installed the handle bars with the 6 screws provided. Mine came with around 70% battery so it's recommended to charge it before the first use. The app was easy to use and you can control the speed, turn the light on and off, control cruise function, and lock the scooter. I wished they include a phone holder for the scooter. One thing I would improve is the brakes, it's very touchy but stop well. I would also adjust the suspension settings. Current setting is stiff. Overall, the scooter fit my needs just riding around the neighborhood. Updated - added pictures with the phone holder. ... show more
