I'm 40 something and this is the first scooter I've owned, so I can't really compare but this one works great! I was concerned about how easy it would be to use it without having an accident but it is very easy to ride and I haven't had any problems or close calls. I got this for riding around the neighborhood or visiting tourist areas because it is smaller and more portable than a bike and I'm super happy with it. Charge time, speed, and miles per charge all match up with the specifications here. The app works well and the large screen is nice. It is a little bumpy but I expected that due to the solid tires, which I prefer over tires that go flat. I recommend buying it, but I have a simple note, which is that when the steering wheel broke from the bottom, I searched for it on Amazon and did not find it.

HANDS DOWN. Leqismart=30% Less than advertised max distance on a full charge. When confronted, they turn into an EXCUSE FACTORY asking about wind velocity, if I was overweight, was it a full charge, were there any hills, temperature etc. FLAT, MILD, WEIGHT RANGE, NO ENCUMBRANCES...30% LESS THAN ADVERTISED. Then they write 5 months later asking for an order number then DOING NOTHING. EVERCROSS actually gets MORE than the advertised miles - and everything is great at this point. We own two Evercross Scooters. Same model and brand. The first one we’ve had for three years and have had no issues. Bought a second one in August 2024. Gave to my daughter for her birthday late September. Got an error code E4 in Dec 2024. Tried to contact customer service, put in multiple emails with NO response from Evercross! Missed the window for Amazon to help or exchange. Very disappointed and we NEVER buy one again. When you have issue they (Evercross) will not help or even return an email. They only have email to contact them!!!! So frustrated and disappointed because I have recommended this brand of scooter to others! Not no more! ... show more

Bought the scooter to ride around the neighborhood and it serve my needs. On paper, scooter can go as far as 22 miles range but I live in a small neighborhood so I can't really test the theory. The scooter is very easy to ride, press the trigger and it slowly accelerate. Scooter is easy to setup, take it out of the box, installed the handle bars with the 6 screws provided. Mine came with around 70% battery so it's recommended to charge it before the first use. The app was easy to use and you can control the speed, turn the light on and off, control cruise function, and lock the scooter. I wished they include a phone holder for the scooter. One thing I would improve is the brakes, it's very touchy but stop well. I would also adjust the suspension settings. Current setting is stiff. Overall, the scooter fit my needs just riding around the neighborhood. Updated - added pictures with the phone holder. ... show more

Very easy to put together (it took about 10 minutes) when I received it. Screwing the handle bars onto the stand was pretty intuitive, and it HAD to be because the directions are cursory and not all that helpful. The scooter worked, so I must have done something right. While riding, the scooter feels solid and safe, and the digital readings are easy to see. HOWEVER, the hook on the stand that is meant to connect to the loop near the back tire is MISSING, so when I fold the handle down, I can't connect it to anything. ERGO--I CAN'T CARRY THE SCOOTER FOLDED. I have put in a request through Amazon (where I bought it), but no answer so far. I need to be able to carry the scooter folded--this is one of the reasons why i bought it! Otherwise, I'd give it five stars. ... show more

Update: Changed the rating to 5 stars. Excellent customer support. Sending me a new tube. Bought it in January and used almost every day until now. I really do like the scooter. Good range, good ride, good battery life. I would have given it 5 stars but for the cracks in the tube. However, one must watch out for a couple of things. 1) It is very easy to adjust the manual brake. Maybe TOO easy. The adjustment screw is very easy to turn. 2) WATCH THE WELDS! They can crack.
