Took awhile to build, lots of parts. Height is great, not breaking my back to do laundry. Its a good price compared to the cost of the lg washer base of 299. My LG front load washer is only 27", so it's very close to the inside edge. I bought different non skid feet and attached to bottom of washer feet and added 2x4 braces under each corner to keep it from moving when going into a spin cycle. Seems to be working fine.

I’ve been wanting laundry pedals for over a decade now. It’s just that they were hundreds of dollars for each one. It’s nice that the expensive ones have a drawer and all, but that wasn’t what I really wanted. I wanted to not have to bend over as much when I do laundry. My husband talked about building some, but he’s got one too many projects. It did not occur to me that they made pedestals without the drawers. When I saw these, I was intrigued These worked for our Kenmore Elite (2018) washer and dryer. They have about an inch of space in between the washer and dryer. They were easy to put together. It was not overly complicated. Just a lot of screws. They did a good job labeling each part, and the instructions were pretty clear. I like that they had a bag with screws labeled “Extra”. That way you know you didn’t miss anything. It was also good because one of the nuts we got was bigger than the rest. We used a nut from the extra bag. The little wrench they give you will work, but my husband says to user a rachet if you have one. It makes it easier and faster. The metal feels pretty good quality, but I still wasn’t 100% sure how it would handle a heavy load. We washed a ton of towels to see how it would handle the spin cycle. It acted the same as it did when it was on the floor. The rocking did shuffle it away from the wall some. They do provide pads for the bottom to prevent that. We didn’t use those because we are going to mount it to the wall. It comes with brackets for that. If you will not be mounting, definitely use the pads they give you. They do a great job keeping the washer and dryer in place on the pedestal. The pedestals raise it up a decent height. I am 5' 5" and I do not have to bend much except to go all the way in the back. They do not get in the way of any of the washer functions, and we are able to get to the trap in the washer. Functionality, these work well, and you have storage under the washer and dryer. They are a good value for the money when compared to the name brand pedestals. If you do not need or want a drawer, go with these. I love these things. I finally have pedestals!

I have a 27 inch LG front load washer and dryer and it didn't fit. Frame seems stable and took about an hour to assemble. However, without building a platform with plywood on top for the washer and dryer to rest on, we couldn't use it and I was afraid my set would be too heavy to modify in that manner. Great value if we could have used it.

Invest in a sturdier one, this one was super difficult to assemble and came apart after a few days of doing laundry. Should have returned it!

I've been wanting to raise my washer and dryer for years to save my back, but I couldn't justify the cost of the name-brand pedestals. I did have wooden homemade raisers, but they are disintegrating with time and moisture, so I needed something more robust and reliable. These metal pedestals were the perfect solution, and I'm incredibly impressed with both their sturdy build quality and the excellent customer service that backs them. I had some cracked pieces, so I contacted the seller, and they rushed me the needed parts. What an amazing customer service. The moment you unbox these, you can feel the quality. The all-metal construction is solid and feels incredibly durable, not at all flimsy. The parts were well-labeled, and the instructions were surprisingly clear and straightforward. While it does involve a lot of screws, the process wasn't complicated, and the result is a strong, stable base for my machines. It's certainly not as easy as a LEGO set, but it's way easier than any Ikia I've built before. I was especially thankful for the small bag of "extra" screws—it's a small detail, but it shows the company is thinking ahead and prevents any stress if a part is missing or defective. In my case, one nut was the wrong size, but thanks to the extra parts, I was able to finish the assembly without any hassle. Speaking of screws, they are of amazing stainless steel quality. They are shiny and look highly detailed. Not sure how long they will last, but I will certainly update my review if I have to. I highly recommend following the instructions to the T: meaning, do not tighten any screw unless you finish connecting all the pieces. After that, go to town with tightening, but do not overburden the metal to the point you chop the screw head off or crack the enamel paint on the pieces. Moderation is key. The high-quality construction and the simple, effective instructions speak to a company that cares about its product. These pedestals are a fantastic value for anyone who wants a sturdy, no-frills solution to elevate their laundry experience.
