Honestly, not worth it. I bought this ahead of a big heat wave in my area. I wasn’t expecting it to be freezing cold air but it’s not even cool. I set up a fan next to it and it’s relatively the same temperature as the product. It runs out of water quicker than expected and I have to change the ice packs frequently. All in all, it would be better to just buy an actual ac unit. I’m pretty disappointed, especially because the other reviews seem to have a different experience. Not sure if my product is faulty or if that’s just the way it is, either way I wouldn’t recommend this product. ... show more

It’s advertised as a windowless air conditioner, but it’s really just a fan, which is not what I needed it for. I used in a small room with the ice/water and it still didn’t cool the room down much. I’ve started the process to return it.

Very disappointed in this product. It was easy to tip over,and when it did it broke! Couldn't put the bottom back together.. Never again, went with the ole goodie the box fan!

I wish I could give it no stars. Piece of junk. It’s not even a good fan let alone cool air. To even run it on cool mode you have to keep adding water about every hour and the air isn’t any cooler than on fan mode. This is a Cheaply made over priced fan. . Just blows warm air around. Worst thing I ever bought. Don’t waste your money ... show more

Cools off a small room (10x10) but don’t expect ice cold air. It must be refilled frequently and must be careful that the inside tubing doesn’t shift. I use it in my home office and it’s fine but doesn’t cool a larger bedroom.

Disappointed. We are in day 1 of a heat wave and hit 100 degrees today. This didn’t even come close to cooling us off in a small room. My $40 fan works better than this does. Thinking of returning it and sticking with our cheap fan.

followed all instructions, used refrigerated water, with all 3 ice packs included with product. Tried it in a small bedroom, kept door closed, after 2 hours the room temp did not decrease. Would not recommend this product.
