Great bikes. First electric bikes we bought. The bikes came almost fully assembled. Some things were easily put together others we had to YouTube for help. I am on the heavier side and the bike goes to about 30 mph pretty quickly. I like that I can peddle or use the throttle for electric part. I also like that i can have the power off and peddle it like a regular bike for exercise and save the battery or if the battery runs out of juice. We are happy with these bikes - a definite worthwhile purchase and great price. We bought a green one and a black one.

This eBike has been a great purchase. It feels stable on the road, has strong power, and delivers impressive range for daily rides. The fat tires and step‑through frame make it easy to handle and very comfortable to use. The motor responds smoothly whether I’m pedaling or using the throttle, and the walk‑assist feature is especially helpful when moving it up my driveway. Overall, it’s comfortable, easy to ride, and fits all of my needs.

Ordered two of these which were shipped to the house a few days after the order was placed. Packaging was excellent and the bikes arrived intact. Assembly took 20 minutes or so a piece. Quality appears to be pretty good for the $700 price point. I was surprised to see shimano drivetrain and the display monitor is really impressive for the price. The display is bright clear and easy to navigate and the controls are simple to use. The mechanical disk brakes and front suspension is decent at best, however they function as you would expect at this price point. The bike has 5 modes and can easily be adjusted to suit all skill levels. As others have mentioned, they do 30mph effortlessly. There are many similar bikes out there but I felt these were better looking and a better value considering the price of the others. Overall I’m pleased with this purchase and will update this review after a few months. UPDATE - many rides over the last few months and they are still working flawlessly. Very pleased with this purchase. Really impressed with the battery life. Overall great purchase.

I didn't select this bike from an abundance of research. It was the price point, battery pack, rate of distance, and the number of customer reviews. My use case: Milk run, burger runs, mail runs, hop to the gym (3 miles away), occasional work run. Most of these cases won't exceed two miles and it'll save gas and wear&tear on the car. The box was heavy but the contents well packed. There were a number of straps that broke in transit but it didn't effect the bike. It's a solid construction and quite heavy. I imagine the bike would have a longer range per charge if it were lighter. I thought it was stupid that the basket cost an extra $150. This isn't an airplane, it's a bike. I read the directions and it instructed to drain the battery before its first charge. So far, I've done some riding around and logged about twenty-two miles on it and the battery still shows 3/5 charge remaining. I intend to have it drained within a few days. I will, then charge it to full and take it to my gym for a workout, which was my intention. I do believe the distance rating is assuming the owner will be at level3 and pedalling. I can't see the bike having the advertised range at a full 30mph. Over time, I will revise my review if necessary. It will do 30mph provided the ground is flat. And the gear ratio for the pedals can't be used at lvl5. You can, at most, pedal assist at lvl4. That's the big drawback of this bike's design. If I had more gears for the higher speed, then I could see taking this bike to extended ranges.

The bike is very nice, fairly easy to assemble and is very fun to ride. I did receive the bike missing a part for the basket, but, after a few emails with their customer service, a little time and patience, they send the missing piece and the bike is now complete. Overall it was a good experience with the customer service. I would buy from the seller again.

I've purchased 3 of these bikes now. For the price, these are awesome bikes. Pros: * Removable battery pack. In the winter I will need to bring the battery inside. That's a lot better than bringing the whole bike inside. Or, I can bring the battery inside to charge while eating out at a restaurant. * Wide tires and mud guards - perfect on my gravel roads * Power and range - Perfect for the rolling hills around here * Standard bicycle parts - Everything on these bikes is standard gear. You can customize and add-on all the extras * Solid frame - Very strong * Tools included - I keep them in a pouch on the bike. Very nice to have all the tools needed. Cons: * All steal - heavy and will rust. Maybe someday they will make an aluminum version. You will need to take care of these bikes a little better. Keep them dry, oil them well. One example is the screw mounts will rush. * Head light is not very bright - The head light really could use a high mode. My dirt road has potholes. I can dodge them, but it's a lot harder when you see them at the last second. And i have to dodge frogs and turtles too. * Tail light modes - This should be an easy upgrade. The tail lights are very simple. It could use a few more modes, like maybe a flashing mode for when riding on the road, and a tail light mode where the tail lights are on but the head lamp is off. * Standardized battery pack and mounting - This is a bigger issue for the industry. It would be great if all the batteries were standardized and interchangeable. * The battery key lock - Good idea, but I have 3 bikes and 3 different keys. It would be really nice if they were all the same. * Handle grips - They used fake leather grips. Real leather would be much better. Will probably get new handles grips later. One last thing, please make the battery packs and extra chargers available on Amazon. We could use a solar charger too. Sure, the solar charger would not be fast. But when it's sitting outside all day, it would be amazing if it self topped off the battery.

I gave this bike 3 out of 5 stars because it has both positives and some significant issues. The size is great, and overall I like the bike, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The seat doesn’t stay locked in place very well. It uses a straight bar with two bolts on each side, and even after tightening them with a socket wrench, they continue to loosen over time. Another major concern is that the front brakes do not work properly, which is a safety issue. The battery life has also been disappointing, lasting only about two hours on a full charge. Lastly, I purchased the extended warranty but never received any information or documentation about it. I had to contact Amazon Support just to get assistance, which was frustrating. Overall, the bike has potential, but the quality and customer experience need improvement.
