I’ve had this cooler since August 2023 and it’s now summer 2025 and the zipper completely broke a couple months ago. Their warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear for zippers so looks like I’m outta luck not even two years later. LAME. I’ve reached out to their customer service for support. Excellent design, really does keep things cold. We had both frozen (on the bottom) and cold (on top of the frozen) and the frozen stayed frozen for 9 hours and the cold remained very cold. Easy to carry pack in the car.
