abunda_amazon_reviews Came quick with prime and overall it feels like a great bike. I was able to assemble it and get it tuned in within an hour. Took it out for a test drive and it was great. Would recommend flipping your stem around due to the shifters getting in the way of turning when you have the stem facing towards you. The item is great and a nice value for sure but mine was damaged during shipping. The front brake shield was snapped in two when it arrived. The box look like it had been beat up a fair bit. You can tell the company took great care when packaging the item, it’s too bad the shipping service did not seem to take the same care. One fork was also slightly bent but it was a quick fix. The instruction manual is definitely translated into English from who knows what origin language. It was translated poorly but with pictures it is still easy to understand and anyone could follow along. If in doubt on assembly call up your local bike shop and they can help you out. I definitely like the look and feel of the bike. I would give it five stars for the value of this item but due to the damage I’m taking one star off. It Definitely looks and feels like a bike 2-3 times the price and if you are a first time rider or just wanting to get into something cheaper for a commuter/weekender this is the right bike for you.;;Reviewed in the United States on March 12, 2019;;4.0 out of 5 stars;;Best bike under $500;;Thomas Jackson;;;Ok, I’m trying to be nice. I unboxed the bike and it had deep scratches on the rim. You will need to get the wheels trued (straighten) and the front wheel bearings will need to be loosened. It’s not a smooth roll. The book explains how to adjust just about everything. So far I just went for a test ride and it seems to work fine. We will know more tomorrow when I start the first real ride with it. I’m planning a mild 15-20 mile ride in the am. I would suggest this bike to anyone. The quality is great for any price.;;carl Childers;;;The delivery experience was awesome, bike came in on time and was neatly packed and none of the parts were damaged as far as I could tell. To be safe, had it assembled by a professional bike store for an additional $110.00. Had no issues, and compared to my previous mountain bike, it felt lighter and I was able to climb hills fairly easily. Trouble started when I got adventurous and decided to go up a steeper hill close to home. I made it half way up the hill, when the bike started ghost shifting. I turned back and everything seemed to be fine as it wasn't ghost shifting anymore. Just to be safe, I took it back to the bike store where I had it assembled and they informed me that the rear hub was loose and needed to be adjusted. Everything was fine after the adjustment until two weeks later when I went on a ride and suddenly, I could not pedal. I noticed that the rear wheel had somehow come loose and was touching the frame. Needless to say, I took it back to the bike store and they recommended a rear hub overhaul. When they were doing the overhaul, they noticed that the frame was bent and that the axle had in fact broken which is something that rarely happens for a "new" bike. Recommended that it wasn't safe to ride as I could get badly hurt. All in all, my recommendation is to stay away from this bike. Thankfully, Amazon was really nice and sent me a return label to ship the bike back.;;Reviewed in the United States on October 2, 2019;;1.0 out of 5 stars;;Stay away from this bike;;Dennis k.;;;Had bike for 3 days and handle bars are already unraveling, had to take the bike to a local bike shop to have the brakes adjusted, and found a few screws there were not tightened from what was already assembled. I road 18miles today. UPDATE: Since my last review I’ve had to have this bike worked on three times. Today I just can’t handle it anymore. The gears were getting stuck and not working so I had to take it to have that fixed, the bike is constantly having a squeaking noise and when I pedal it jerks. I took the bike to a local bike shop where they told me it needed a new Rear hub and I should have new gears placed on the bike.
