Received the Arccaptain impact wrench kit several days earlier than promised and all items advertised were all included. A very sturdy and compact carrying case is included rather than some flimsy bag that other brands provide. The impact wrench itself appears to be very well made and is of high quality. I 'm a DIYer and purchased this product for projects around the house and garage. I used it several times and it performed flawlessly. Two batteries are included and I would compare the Arccaptain very favorably to the major big brand names but at half the price. Not sure how it would perform on a day to day basis for heavy commercial or industrial use but I would anticipate it would hold its own against the major brands. I highly recommend this impact wrench kit as it should serve you well for all your home and garage projects.

This unit has an excellent built quality, heavy duty construction, it comes with carrying case, most common size socket set, 2 batteries, and a charger. i have used this tool extensible for the past couple of months and i am yet to change the battery, i want to drain it before charging it because i want to set a benchmark on it. the battery has an amazing charge capacity. this unit has lots of torque, and power to spare. definitely recommend it.

Bought to remove rheem hot water heater anode rod which many say is very difficult even with a 1/2 inch 2 ft breaker bar as they can rust in place this removed it with ease and very little pull to hold it while removing More than satisfied Great value

Worked out perfectly! I was changing my factory hubcaps, and the lug nuts were on so tight that I couldn't get them off myself. This impact wrench made it easy. It's very powerful but still easy to control. It also came with two batteries that were fully charged, so I was able to start using it as soon as it was delivered. Just what I needed, and it'll definitely come in handy if I ever need roadside assistance in the future.
