Eurmax is one of those rare companies that goes above and beyond with creating a quality product, and then following it up with stellar customer service. I bought this canopy top as a replacement for my EZ Up Instant Shelter metal frame, since the previous one had gotten old and dirty. This one fit perfectly after one minor adjustment to the central pole on the frame. My husband and I did a test setup in our parking lot just to ensure it was good to go. Just seconds before we could tie it down with sandbags, a strong gust of wind picked up the whole tent, tossed it over on its head and dragged it along the pavement :( The metal frame snapped it 4 places, but this top surprising survived the abuse (mostly), although it did sustain minor tears, scratches and frayed stitches in multiple places. If it weren't for the stringent rules of the market I'm going to set it up in, I could have patched it up and reused it. Now that I had also lost use of the frame, I needed to buy the full set. But didn't know if this damaged canopy top qualified for return, so I contacted the company. Their customer care empathized with my sad incident, and refunded my purchase the next day, without the need to send this product back. They made my replacement purchase even easier. Going forward, the very, very first thing I'm going to set up is sandbags :D Thank you, Eurmax!

This fit perfectly. Very easy to put on. We put it on our pool deck that gets direct sunlight all day. This provides the shade we needed and keeps that section of the deck cool to walk on.

Purchased the cover for an original EZ-UP frame, it worked but a little tight. I'm a seamstress so did a little alteration on each corner and now it fits great no straining on the fabric. Cover made well and will adapt our side walls with velcro to attach also.

I have purchased many tops for my Euromax (at least 4, I purchase a new one every year.) and never had a problem with them, but this one for some reason was very flimsy, like they changed the material or something. I put my foam tubes under it so that it was stretched taut, but it still collected water in pockets a rain. I would have to go out in the rain and push the ten up under the water pockets. I added more foam noodles but after one rain I was not expecting it completely collapsed the frame and ruined the whole thing damaging my deck and my plants. I was so upset. Anyway I will probably not get another one if the quality has gone down this much.

I first purchased from Euromax three years ago, and it was my first 10x10 to use for working markets at least (5) days a week. The tent and frame itself are incredible sturdy and easy to use. My old tent molded from too much use and reluctantly I just bought a replacement. I was nervous because some reviews said their quality had gone down but honestly when I got my replacement I felt it still super nice and I was overall happy and relieved it wasn’t as cheap as people were saying. Worth the price.
