Heavy heavy duty! Very solid metal! Wont ever have to buy again because the quality is so strong! So glad that I found this. The way this is designed with all the way spiral realy bite into a lager portion of ground and adds a lot of resistance when the dog puts on it. The very first time he ran, the tie-out only yanked towards the direction he pulled, but it held firm. I bought the black one and now I think I should’ve gotten the orange color so it would be more obvious in the glass and not a tripping hazard. So far no signs of wearing or rust. This is a solid piece. It indicated an attractive, zippered, bag with carrying strap, and a bar for leverage to help screw the tie-out into the ground. Very thoughtful value-added pieces.

Great job of staying where it was installed in the yard. Had some before that the dog could pull up and knock loose after about 15 minutes. This stayed anchored well and still gave him room to run around.

Robust product that is well made. The parts and case are equally superior. Went into the ground easily and securely. It was difficult to pull straight up and needed to be uncorked before removal. However, I’m not sure I have ever met a 200+ lb dog. But not an issue for me since I used it to secure an iron bench and I have a 12 lb cat!

Used this on a road trip and held my Rottweiler in my dad’s yard no problem. My dad doesn’t have a fence, so I let her out to use the rest room and this held up like a champ. Would recommend.
