Good quality. Functions well. Strong enough for my 45 pound dog. I would recommend. I have an 40 lb Australian Shepherd and a 46 lb Border Collie. Two dogs that love to run. I have one of these on each side of my house with hundred foot ropes attached. The younger dog, the border collie, likes to takeoff running out of our yard, so I use these every time I let her outside. The corkscrew designed is easily screwed into the ground and creates a strong hold. The handle at the top of the corkscrew holds a rope or cable securely and has a lay flat design so you can easily mow over it without having to remove it or mow around it. This yard stalk has held up to my border, collies rigorous activities, providing me complete confidence that she will not escape, run through the neighborhood, or get hurt. I would highly recommend and I have bought as gifts for family and friends who became new pet owners.

We live in a very windy area (middle of nowhere Midwest) and get frequent high-windspeed storms and high-speed windgusts. I was so nervous having a trampoline out here, but these have been a lifesaver! They were honestly really tricky to get screwed into the ground (high clay content soil with shale, sand, and rocks), but with a bucket of water and a lot of patience, they went in ok. We weren't able to use a drill (it just didn't have enough torque), but a big tire iron worked well--we just put it through the loop and cranked both sides. The water was essential for getting the screws to advance into the dirt. We just poured some water, then cranked, poured water, cranked. It took a couple hours to get 8 of them into the ground. Maybe 8 was overkill for just the 14 ft trampoline, but it's really, really windy here. Since we got them in and the trampoline base strapped down, it hasn't budged. Not a single inch. We've had times storms came up so fast that we weren't able to take down the jump mat or net. We were worried the trampoline would give out, but the straps held it in place while it just fought the wind. I sure don't want to see how well it holds in a disaster-level storm, but it survived strong winds that blew our heavy swing/slide playset over, so I'm sure it could perform pretty well. I'd give these 10/10 for value and effectiveness. If we get Amy other large outdoor play equipment, we will be getting these again! (We already fixed the playset issue with large ground stakes, otherwise I would have already gotten more spiral stakes!)

Easy to Install to keep the trampoline from taking flight during wind storms. I’ve had them for over year now. One broke slightly, but that was my own fault. 3 are in good shape and are doing the job. The nylon straps have held up really well too.

The ground anchors them self work well, especially with the drill attachment, however I would use an impact to install them unless your drill has anti kickback or a handle. It will break your wrist when it catches, I just use an impact... the included straps however are complete trash. You can pull them apart with hand strength. So I used ratchet straps.

This review is difficult/complicated. The product arrived over a week late due to Amazon issues. Attempted to cancel daily after it was over 4 days late but Amazon just kept sending emails saying that canceling wasn’t available even though it was available through Amazon and they kept saying it wasn’t able to be canceled. This is not meant to be negative to the product itself. The stakes are great, which is why I have ordered an additional two sets for my other outdoor structures (trampoline and playset). But the issue is Amazon delivery…terrible. I’ve contacted Amazon and they can’t give me answer.

We haven’t had strong winds yet, but so far the product has been great! It came with the drill bit to easily drive into the ground. My only suggestion would be for them to add 4 black zip ties to wrap up the additional strap.
