I do craft fairs and vendor events once a week from April through December, and bought this tent after going around and seeing many of my booth neighbors using this same tent. Everyone had positive experiences with it. It is absolutely possible to setup by yourself, I'm fairly small and have a hernia but it's not an issue. It's very easy to put back in the bag as well. I only ask for help if I'm setting up in a tight space and don't want to bump into my neighbor. The tent is quite a bit taller than my old one, so I have to attach side walls, weight straps, and any light fixtures before I extend the legs. This frame style is much sturdier than the ones that are just an open triangle shaped frame. My old one would twist around in the wind, this one does not. I've had it out for a few days of rain, and so far, so good. Only leak points are the stitching for the velcro straps on the edges of the canopy. I love the side walls, they velcro all the way across the top so no wind or rain can get up underneath, which is essential for winter markets. The only issue is that this velcro has been fraying since I opened the box, so I will have long threads all over the place if I need to remove the canopy. FIRE CERTIFICATIONS: Some areas of our state require tents to have a NFPA 701 certification on the tent itself. The fire dept will come around and inspect for the tag and will not allow tents without it. This tent does mention the NFPA 701 and CPAI 84 on the listing, but the tag only says CPAI 84, which is not adequate. The listing photo is small and hard to read so I have attached a better photo of the tag so you can check if this is the certification you need. Eurmax please add all of the applicable certifications to the tag!

6 year review! THE IS THE ONE!!! I love these canopies!! I can set it up by myself in one fell swoop. It's a true "pop up" and it's incredible. Does great in wind and rain. After 6 years of 30+ events per year, the top is a bit faded and could be replaced, but the frame is still going strong. I just gifted it to a fellow vendor and honestly I already miss it! I also have the 10x20 version. Pro tip!! You can call them to order and a real human will answer all your questions!! The tents you order direct are more expensive, but the fabric is higher quality. I've been vending for decades, every week in the summer and I've used many different canopies over the years: Coleman, ez-up, caravan, eurmax, KD canopy and Trimline. Although I currently use KD canopy for one day events and Trimline for multi day fine art shows, I would highly recommend eurmax to anyone as a fantastic low cost canopy that beats the others with customer service, ease of set up and durability.

This was a very long-considered purchase. We looked at every available model out there, but this was a much needed upgrade, and eventually we had to make a decision. It came down to Eurmax and ABC, and then down to this model and a newer Eurmax one. After reading both descriptions carefully, this one had better reviews. It is bigger and heavier than our first canopy, and can be unwieldy. Don't let it get you off balance. It is taller than me, which was intimidating at first, but thanks to reviews I was expecting that, and I was expecting to have to let down one of the seats in my SUV to accommodate it. Our old one fit perfectly across the back seat. This one, I had to let down the seat behind the front passenger seat and reconfigure my packing, but I actually like the new configuration better, so I have made my peace with it. I am still getting the hang of putting the cover on, getting the wheel plate under the legs, but this cover is much easier than pulling the old one all the way down and then having to flip it over to zip it up. And I love the velcro at the bottom. Speaking of love, the walls are a dream come true! We use the one with the door and the window as our back wall, to allow wind to blow through. Putting them up the first time was hairy; it was 100 degrees and I was using a collapsible step stool on uneven ground. I finally got three up and couldn't zip two of the corners. Had to do them all over. I figured out two things the hard way. First, zip the back and one side together, velcro them to a back pole and then attach at the top. Second, if you're not tall, Velcro at the top before you raise the legs to your desired height. Duh, lol. I have some minor handicaps and needed a canopy I could manage on my own, quickly, that wouldn't exhaust me. I believe I could put it up entirely by myself, but so far I haven't had a chance to try. All of a sudden, all my fellow vendors want to help me. I have never wanted to play with my own toy by myself more, but no luck so far. I think it's because most vendors here have a Eurmax and they know how to do it. I have taken it down by myself, and so has my mother. I like this one because it's easiest to take down one side then the other, rather than opposing corners. And I love the clips rather than the little buttons. Heavy duty zippers that will stand up to repeated use, quality stitching, durable fabrics, sturdy metal and plastic, very well made. So far it's a wonderful purchase with a great package. I only wish they would get the awning back in stock. But our fall craft fair season has been so much easier this year already thanks to this purchase!

My husband and I have a small vegetable farm business and this was the first tent we bought 4 years ago for farmers markets. It is easy to put up, though it takes a little muscle, I’m 5’2” and I can still put it up by myself if need be. It is heavier and much sturdier compared to other vendor tents I’ve experienced in the past and the removable sides are convenient when the sun is blazing in from one side. The carrier it comes in is great, though the first tent we bought, the Velcro used to hold the tent it in place inside the case tore off after about a year and we busted one of the wheels after the second year (but that was definitely our fault for aggressively loading it!) After four years of heavy use, a freak wind storm threw our first tent and bent the center post, so we just bought a replacement last week. Feels just as sturdy, if not more so than the original one we bought. I think the clipping mechanisms that hold the tent posts in place as you extend them feel like a new, harder plastic which is nice. It is also great you can replace the roof cover if it finally bites the dust and/or gets too dirty to clean after a few years. Overall, I can’t recommend this tent enough. We’ve put it through years of hard use and if it weren’t for that random wind storm, we would probably be using the same one for another four years or more.

Got the canopy yesterday in time for a concert tailgate. It was very easy to set up AND it held up well in the wind and rain. If I had two criticisms it would be the exclusion of tie downs and stakes. I also think there should be reinforced wall stake loops as well. The carrying case is great especially with the wheels. It was very easy to get the canopy back into the case. Overall, the quality of the materials is excellent. It is my hope that this is the last canopy I ever have to purchase. Worth the extra money.

I purchased the 10' x 15' Eurmax EventKing Standard awning. It is Eurmax's entry-level commercial-grade awning. Since it was very hard to find information on the various units made by Eurmax I took a photo of the brochure that came with mine. I previously owned an EZ-Up Brand awning bought from Costco over 10 years ago. That brand hasn't been sold at Costco for several years. I have no experience with their current brand. I have setup and used the new Erumax awning and I have formed my opinion. First, the frame is very heavy, which I good, since it seems durable. But it makes setting up the 10'x15' size a two person job. The main difference between this unit and my previous EZ-Up unit is the thickness of the material. The Eurmax material is thinner. On the plus side it lets in more light since it is thinner. My concern is that it may not hold up as well to branches and other debris falling on it. I have not had the chance to use it in the rain yet, so I cannot speak to its waterproofing. I do plan to buy a few cans of "camp-dry" spray and treat the new Eurmax material to insure it doesn't leak. However in fairness, I had to do the same thing every few years to the material on the EZ-Up unit also. I will give the Eurmax 5 stars because I feel the heavy frame and the fact that it came with a nice carrying case and all 4 side walls makes it a good value. It will be years of putting it up in various campgrounds before I can speak to its overall durability.

You know a company js no good when they can't even respond to a Better Business Bureau. Check out their track record there. MY SECOND EURMAX TENT This is my second EURMAX tent. I had mostly good experiences with the first. I’d recommended Eurmax for years to all my maker and artist friends, but I do not recommend them for their product or their customer service, at this point. QUALITY My previous Eurmax tent lasted for 6-7 years. It was sturdy. The canopy material was thick, sewn up well and resistant to rain. I replaced this first tent only after the legs began to rust. Appearances are important in my business, so I couldn’t have a rusty, dirty tent. The most recent tent was noticeably flimsier, lighter and worse in quality. It didn’t come with stakes (no one answered my email about that at the time). The weight bags are flimsy nylon rather than the heavier material. Luckily I saved those bags from the last tent. DAMAGED The new tent came with a DENT in one of the legs. I was going to suck it up until I noticed a HOLE in the canopy, which I discovered only two shows deep in the season when it began to rain. I remove the canopy to store and follow all instructions, so this is disappointing. NO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE Worse yet, I’ve been trying to contact Eurmax for over a month now. No response. I finally submitted a complaint through the BBB. To both the BBB's shock and my disappointment, they didn't even reply. The BBB shows this is a common occurrence with this company. No contact, no resolution, no customer service. OVER A YEAR NOW (QUALITY) I'm still living with the chaos of this low quality, damaged tent. EURMAX has clearly scaled down in quality. This tent, though the same "commercial" label, is lighter in weight and flimsier in design. PAINT ON METAL The paint coating hardly covers the metal, which has allowed it to RUST with just a few days of humidity. (Are you kidding me? I had the last tent like 5 years before this happened.) The paint color used to be gray but it is now a dirty off-white color. CANOPY and WALLS Canopy and wall fabric is thinner. My canopy came with a small HOLE/tear in fabric (which they won't even respond to.) Water seeps right through this fabric anyhow. Touch the tent fabric from inside and you become wet. It gets everything it touches wet. WEIGHT BAGS The weight bags are a joke (super thin.) The previous tent had thick vinyl bags with sturdy Velcro. TRAVEL BAG The main bag only opens part of the way now, instead of curving to the front, so getting the tent back in its bag is more of a struggle. The wheels constantly come apart and need to be screwed in. Not convenient at all. Overall, this company does not deserve the business. The decline in quality is tangible and with no customer service, not sure how they are still operating.

I've been a vendor since 2013, and I've gone through several canopys. I feel qualified to describe what makes the Eurmax stand out from the others I've had. First everything is included. It's very unusual to find 4 sidewalls included with a canopy. Normally they have to be purchased separately $$$ and you hope that the color matches the top. Eurmax even included a bag to stuff the sidewalls in. Nice touch. I do prefer a breatheable fabric laundry bag though, because if you've used them likely it's been raining and you want the sides to dry out and not mold. There is Velcro on the valance and on the top of the sidewalls so setting them up is fast. Pro tip- keep your sides zipped together and stuff them in a laundry bag. Just unzip one corner start at one end and work your way around. This way when you need to put them up ( say in a hurry because rain is coming) you find your end that should be on the top and put them up in reverse. The sidewalls were made with enough ease so they can co around the poles as they are supposed to. The front panelwith the door and window even has straps to roll that side up and secure it if you are staged for rain at any time. This blew me away! Second is the latching system on the frame. I have fought with push button latches on frames for too long. Once you've pushed the first corner into position it automatically locks into place and the others are easy. Taking it down is even easier with large thumb latches. I will say this canopy is taller even on it's lowest setting. So if you are short like me, I'd secure your canopy top straps and sidewalls before extending the legs. Third, I've got to talk about the carry bag. The miniature dolly attached to the bottom of the bag is great. You are going to be happy you have it, because this canopy it a little bit longer and heavier than most. The cover has enough room to accommodate the top attached to the frame, and you don't have to stuff it in tightly and break the zipper like some others I've had. The straps to keep the frame legs together helps too. The kit came with sandbags, but I'm not going to be using them as I already have a set I like better. However I am going to give them to our farmers market manager in case someone forgets theirs or if they don't have enough weight. Things I would change to make it even better... On the front door and window wall I would add another zipper top to bottom along the side with the window. This way you can have the ends attached to the frame and zipped together to the other sides, but the entire center can be rolled up out of the way. This would make it faster to get ready for rain. I'd like to see a central lock function for the canopy truss in the center. I'm often putting up and taking down myself so getting that first corner secure can be tricky ( for all brands but I think Eurmax should be the one to fix it). Lastly I would like to see a shorter folded and packed frame say 48in or less for a 10x10.
