Opened the box. 100% sure it is used. Maybe I can be a little nicer and let’s just say pre-owned. Posts scratched and dented. The feet have definitely seen some use. The definitive sign it is used is the dried mud and grass on the bag and especially on the inside. I tried to call all three numbers they provide and one doesn’t work and nobody answers the others. I would return it but I need it for an event this weekend. Save your money and buy one at your local Walmart. As far as sturdiness it is fine I guess. The ease of assembly is ok with the exception of when you try to slide the dented legs. No so easy. As for water resistance I had to give it a score so I wanted people to not deal with this company, so it was the lowest I could go. I think if you contacted the previous owner they may have better insight. ... show more

Everything is great except for these things..... 1.- Any color other than black or white will make anything inside the canopy cast a heavy tint since fabric is kinda thin. (No good if you need to photograph things displayed inside your tent / Including people) 2.- Top and sides are of different material and have a slight color change. 3.- Included sand bags are not good enough since they will degrade the looks of your tent because they stay kinda open. (I bought another set for $20 / Same brand / Much better looks They wrap on each pole) 4.- While the material is thin, be prepared to sweat inside on a sunny or hot day. No ventilation through the roof. Besides these downfalls, this is a great item. Easy to carry, package, assemble and disassemble. Wished they where roof ventilation. ... show more

    • The bag SUCKS
I would not purchase this again for 2 reasons: 1) the bag absolutely sucks. I run 2 farmers markets and transporting this thing kills me. It constantly falls out, the strap to lock it down, yeah, broke the third time I used it. 2) not great quality. Two of the leg connector pieces don’t raise when you pull the leg out… you have to move them yourself or the leg completely falls out of the upper part. Annoying. Straight out of the bag. Likes: sturdy once up — I do like how the Velcro straps hold the upper bracing but you have to remember to undo them or else you won’t be able to get the canopy to close… causing you to have to put it up all over again… Really, if you’re only going to use this canopy here and there, it’s a great choice. If you are a market vendor and need to set up every weekend, don’t bother or, get another bag… This bag is the absolute worst cover for any canopy I could ever imagine! Not as sturdy as I hoped can’t use the sunshade if the wind is blowing. Also the dolly part doesn’t work very good hard to keep tent on it

Used it for one pop up for 6 hours, then While I was setting up at an event 1 month later, I was assembling the canopy and the bars popped out of the hinges completely couldn’t use it or close it properly after. Waist of money towards my small business so disappointed. Whatever glue they used to put the plastic hinges together did not hold. ... show more
