Used these to add some extra guy wires to our 12' HD Skeleton to add some support in case of strong winds. So many people have them snap at the ankles and adding these with additional wires (and NOT to help mount the base into the ground) has given us piece of mind that our skelly won't need any reconstructive surgery lol photos included that inspired us to set our guy up with these. They worked as advertised. They were hard to get anchored into the grass though. I could only get my drill to work for the first 4-5 inches and I had to do the rest by hand.

Our basketball goal has a crack, therefore wouldn't hold water or gel. I purchased these and drilled them in the ground. They are sturdy. We have had strong winds since install and the goal hasn't moved an inch. Highly recommend!

We had a tornado in the area near us and winds were high in our back yard, all 4 with the kit were on our 16ft trampoline and it didnnt budge. Worth the money!!

I purchased this to secure the giant 14 foot trampoline from gaining a wings in the wind. Pros: Everything you need is in the box, except the drill. The bit for the drill fit nice and was easy to use. The martial feels decent and appears well built. You really can mow over it without any issue. They went in the ground like a hot knife in butter (see tips). Cons: The straps have bad reviews. They look okay but I did not want to risk it and purchased a few ratchet straps to use instead. I can see the concerns in material being ripped or the securment slipping loosening. Tips: Soak the ground a few days in a row, a half week prior to install. Sink them in and let them sit for a few days for the oversaturated ground to firm back up to realistic watering/rain levels before attempting to use the provided straps or alternative. If you do saturate and do not wait to secure, you will notice them try and pull a giant plug of dirt out with each crank if going snug. I recommend this after reading reviews where others claim they twisted the top off or had issues with using the drill bit and tip on the spike to drive it down. I had zero issues and my soil is normally moderately compact and does not drain the best. Presoak and use that drill on a low torq setting. Overall: We have had 2 windstorms in the month and a half these have been in the ground and the giant trampoline has held its own with these guys. I purchased a second set so I could rotate the trampoline once a week. I would recommend but heed caution of others with issues placing and with straps provided. The meat of what you are ordering functions very well, just need to prep properly and be patient or spend a ridiculous amount of money for something that does the same thing and removes the need for a half week waiting or so IF your soil is bad. Great value and even held up to 3 adults trying to lift the trampoline on the same side with only 4 securing points over the 14ft radius. They work well. ... show more
