Product worked very well in all aspects, good suction for the small cleaning unit. Good run time. It worked for 7 months and stopped working. Not because of a battery problem, it had a full charge and in about 10 minutes at full power without warning it shut down the motor, whould not except a Charge. Company Gave A Full Refund Back for the defective the product. Bought another one, hope it will make it pass warranty period of 1.5 years ... show more

I bought this 5 months ago and from day one, the battery was dying very quickly. I didn’t want to disassemble it bc I had thrown out its original packaging so fine. Kept it on its charger all the time. I use it on tile floors - nothing crazy. Today it hit this little wall here and SNAPPED. Just snapped right in half. Called Eureka and made a case and no one cared or contacted me back. So I called 3 days in a row asking for updates, asking for anything, and they say I’ll escalate it to my supervisor and they’ll contact you in 24 hours and then 24 hours passes and no one contacts me. I made the case July 9th and its July 12th, and NO ONE has reached out to ME once - I’ve reached out to THEM. Anyways, nothing can done. Warranty won’t cover it, they won’t even give me a discount for a new one. $150 down the drain. Don’t even waste your time with these CHEAP vacuums. ... show more

    • Better than I Expected
I was pretty skeptical when buying this and pretty much prepared to return it if it wasn't good. I have a 600-700sq ft apartment with a lot of furniture and 2 cats, so I vacuum pretty much on the daily and need something small & light enough to fit under and behind furniture and in crevices. This vacuum is lightweight, easily maneuverable, and pretty quiet! The suction is pretty good and it can actually handle sucking up little litter particles on hardwood without blowing them out the sides everywhere. Every particle is sucked right up. The LED light on the front is super handy. The accessories are really handy too. I can clean under and behind everything with such ease, my apartment has never been cleaner and I actually enjoy using it! I do think it's a little pricey but the fact that I was able to make payments on it is great. The battery doesn't last that long, I don't necessarily feel like I'm racing the battery but I still just plug it in after every use and don't worry about the suction depleting or it dying in the middle of my cleaning. Super easy to take apart and clean. So far, it's been totally worth it and I don't plan on returning it. ... show more

Love this little vacuum as it gets under and behind things and has plenty of suction. It also goes really well up against a wall, under the bed, etc. Easy to empty and the unit is light weight.

I am older, have arthritis and back pain. I wanted a lighter vacuum which would be easy for me to use but effective at cleaning. After using for 4 months: What I like: Cordless- no longer worry about tripping or dragging cord around the house; flexible handle which makes it very easy to clean under furniture; the LED light which really helps to see the dirt; ability to use as a portable cleaner for the car and furniture ; surprised at the amount of dirt and dust collected; affordable; cleans whole house on 1 charge even using higher suction…but my house is only 1200 square ft. What I don’t like: All the weight is at the top of the handle….this makes it difficult for me to maneuver and makes my back hurt every time I use it; handle difficult to hold…needs grooves or padding…some way to make it more comfortable for those of us with arthritis; Dirt cup no longer completely attaches even though I followed directions..very frustrating; brush not easy to clean; does not pick up larger or hard debris Overall ok but if I were looking again which I will probably have to do soon, I would look for a better quality sweeper. ... show more

    • AMAZING little lightweight vacuum cleaner
I absolutely LOVE this stick vacuum cleaner! It was worth every penny i paid for it. It has terrific suction. Very lightweight. Easy to get around & under furniture. And the one thing i was concerned about so far has proved to be fantastic as well, and that is how long i could run it before the battery dies. I run it for about 20-25 minutes and the battery is still going strong at that point. I can take my time and no rushing necessary. I had another cleaner in the past that i could only run about 10 minutes if i was lucky so i had to move fast and that was aggravating. I would recommend this to anyone looking for something lightweight & easy to get around. I've had it for almost 3 months now & its been EXACTLY what i was looking for.
