I love this little vacuum. It's so light-weight and easy to use. The handle pops out easily. The roller attachment is a little difficult to take off and put back on, but I get it done eventually. So far, I've mostly used it for floors and it does a great job. The dust container is small, of course, so I have to dump it after every room, but that's a reflection of the size of the tool and really can't be helped. As some have said, the cord is on the short side too, but I can get one largish room done without moving the plug. It's worth it to have the extra power provided by home electricity instead of weak batteries. We have an office in a nearby town and we didn't want to buy a new vacuum just for that little space, so this vacuum is PERFECT. I can just pick it up, toss it in the back of my car, and take it out at the office and use it there, then reverse the process and bring it home. So lightweight and easy to move it around. I believe someone said something about the pet hair being blown all over the place by the air vents, but I have not had that problem AT ALL. My dog is half german shepherd and let me tell you, she SHEDS. This vacuum sucks up all that hair so easily I'll probably never use the broom again! lol Fabulous value for the money so far. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. The vacuum it work for a bit and it stop working, the on and off switch is lose and it dosent have any electrical power, I reach out to Amazon but they told me that it was exactly a month since I bought it and that I had to contact Eureka, I call Eureka customer service and I told them what had happen and tha I need it to change the unit or I would send it back and get a refund , they gave me an email Midea Customer Support and I wrote to them several times with the information and a short video and all I get is the same email saying Demisha L. I love the idea of this machine. It has a cool built-in crevice tool that folds out, and you can empty the dust cup without taking the vacuum apart. It’s super light and has a powered brush roll. Unfortunately, the brush roll wouldn’t stay on while I was vacuuming. It shut off as soon as I went over my completely flat area rugs. (Not just low pile—no pile.) I called the manufacturer, and they said it must be defective, so I returned it and bought the Blaze stick vacuum without the powered brush roll. It cost half as much, but it lacks the bells and whistles. ... show more

I moved into a very small apt. So it’s great for easy storage and handling. Sometimes the brush stops rolling for some reason and I have to turn it on and off to get it back to rolling. Suction isn’t the greatest but does the job on hard floors, stairs and short thread rugs.
