This machine is a 5 star all the way. So far I haven't had any issues and I believe I have used every bell and whistle so far. Very smooth not bitter espresso with great crema and a very streamlined process, very good lattes and capuccino . The most you have to do is keep water full and the hopper loaded with beans. THe occasional cleaning out of the puck catcher is very easy. Couldnt be happier with it or the great price and quick shipping.

Works surprisingly well. Also pretty quiet too, I only wish the water tank and bean holder were a little larger. But for the price, and with the touch screen, I have absolutely nothing to complain about.

It’s been about 5months since I bought the coffe maker. It worked well until the brewing system got lose and I have no idea how to fix that. For the amount of money I paid I should not be having those issues. I’m very disappointed. Will not recommend

Total cappuccino junky here. And this machine is my dealer... So nice not having to set up and clean for every cup Joe. However there are some glitches. The touch screen can be glitchy. One time I had to unplug to reboot. I have only had less than 9 months so Iam still learning. I can fear this machine will not last long term. But I will take care of like a baby to squeak it along. Lol Milk container cheap lid not secure. It needs to be a stainless container that seals. I have stopped making foam for cappuccino. Machine makes far to much with way to much water. So I hand make my own now. Also I have had foamer clog up and stop working. Now today I have no water pressure for the coffee pucks...odd...it just drippels out and then spits out a dry puck...humm..Will update when fixed. To mail this back is a hassle. Make sure u buy the extra insurance...

The machine is a little loud when running, but it doesn't affect the results. The steam system is very powerful and easily produces lattes and cappuccinos with fine milk froth. The quality of the coffee makes it all worthwhile.
