The media could not be loaded. Got this for my husband’s birthday, as he loves to chew ice. He loves it! This works wonderfully, it makes ice extremely fast and is so quiet it fades into the background. It’s the perfect size, not too bulky, not too small, and is very easy to use. Just pour in water and wait about 10 minutes, very soft ice comes out. Perfect to crunch on and easy on the teeth. Sometimes the ice gets clogged on its way out of the dispenser if the tray is too full, but all you have to do is mix up the ice and it’s back to normal functioning again.

It was easy to set up. the manufacturer only recommends cleaning it once a week. The first ice was produced within a minute. My wife loves chewing this ice and the ice maker can keep up with her. So far highly recommended

It makes minimal ice and then plugs up. Then it stops completely and the only way to get it to start making ice again is turn it off and back on to get it to make Ice. Before it starts making ice it runs just water through it for about a minute than it finally makes ice. It melts what little ice it has previously made before plugging up and you have to unclog it. Would love to trade it in for something else.
