Got this for my husband’s birthday, as he loves to chew ice. He loves it! This works wonderfully, it makes ice extremely fast and is so quiet it fades into the background. It’s the perfect size, not too bulky, not too small, and is very easy to use. Just pour in water and wait about 10 minutes, very soft ice comes out. Perfect to crunch on and easy on the teeth. Sometimes the ice gets clogged on its way out of the dispenser if the tray is too full, but all you have to do is mix up the ice and it’s back to normal functioning again.

I've wanted an ice maker for awhile, and spent months researching and comparing before purchasing the Euhomy ice maker. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase, it does exactly what I wanted it to do. Pros: - Ice cubes. The major thing I wanted in an ice maker is for it to make cubes, not the conical, tubular ice that many ice makers make. This machine makes nice, clear, cubed ice, exactly as I wanted. - Love the water reservoir and the ice basket. Easy to fill the machine and easy to get the prepared ice out of the machine. -Makes a fair amount of ice. A full reservoir will usually fill up two 1-gallon ziploc bags, maybe a little more. That works perfectly for my purposes, but if you need more (or less), that should be a consideration. Neutral- -This machine will not keep ice frozen in the machine. Meaning, you have to transfer the prepared ice to a bag, and put it in your freezer. At this price point, most ice machines are not also ice freezers, but it's a good to call out if that's something you are looking for. Ice left in the machine will melt and the water will return to the reservoir, which is handy. - I don't consider this a 'party ice maker'. It makes enough ice to cool down a few glasses of drinks, maybe even a small ice bucket. But for a party or a beverage tub, I still buy the bags of ice from the grocery store. It would take awhile to make that amount of ice with this machine. -Time. I wouldn't call this machine 'fast' per se. It takes about 15-20 minutes for the first sheet on ice to drop into the ice basket. So it's not 'on-demand' ice. Usually not an issue for me, because I'm storing it up in my freezer. Negatives- -This machine is bulky. It's the size of a large ice cream maker or bread maker. It's too heavy to be something to bring in and out of your cupboards, so I leave it on my countertop. If countertop space is an issue for you, you should really consider if you are willing to be putting this machine away all the time. - Noise. The actual whirring sound while the machine is making ice is not too loud in my opinion. On par with the quieter dishwasher models. However, the ice falls into the bucket with a bang. It doesn't bother me much, but something to think about. All in all, this machine does what I needed it to do, and it does it well. Depending on what you are looking for in an icemaker, it's a very solid option and I'm pleased with my purchase.

This ice maker has greatly improved my life. Everyone in my house likes ice in their drinks. The built-in ice maker in my counter depth fridge was not doing the job. This countertop wonder makes new ice every 10 minutes. We put filtered water in it and the ice tastes no different than the water from the fridge dispenser. It's nice clear ice in square cubes. Very fancy. When the bin is full, it pauses in running. We turn it off at night and back on in the morning. It has an icon that flashes when it is out of water. Even if you don't notice it right away, no big deal. There will be new ice 10 minutes after water is added. Now the down sides...but they aren't problems that would prevent me from keeping this machine. It is noisier than I would like. There is a fan that runs when it is making ice. I have a great room style living/dining/kitchen and the ice maker is definitely audible while watching TV. I don't think it would be an issue at all if my living room was farther away. It's not annoying, just present. The other tiny issue is that the ice comes out in a 3x6 grid of cubes. We increased the setting to prevent the ice from getting too thick, but it still comes out in that chunk that we have to break up with the ice scoop. My kids enjoy smashing the ice. I wish there was an ice scoop holder. We have a mug on the counter next to the machine to hold the scoop. Overall, I love this ice maker. We use it every day. I would estimate that we fill it with water twice a day. We have had it for 2 weeks so I can't speak to the longevity. I hope it lasts for years.

Don't wait, just buy it!! I have been wanting a nugget ice maker for years and always thought they were too expensive. This little gem was the answer I have been looking for! The machine is quiet while making enough ice for us to never run out! I love that I get my Sonic ice without going to Sonic!! Seriously, if you have ever wanted a nugget ice machine this is the one to buy! Bonus: I had another Euhomy machine that required assistance from customer service. They were so responsive and strived to find a solution right away. 10 out of 10 for the amazing customer service team for Euhomy!!

Works amazing! Mine began making ice in about 3 minutes. You do have to stir the ice up every like 10 minutes so the chute doesn't get blocked, but only after the basket is already pretty full. In about 1 hour I had a completely full basket. For it to work properly make sure to follow the instructions. You have to let it sit upright for 24hours before turning it on. It is very simple to use. It is not noisy in my opinion it is a soft hum. My fridge is louder than this. Pebble ice is tiny and perfect if you like small bits of ice. Overall I am very happy with it. I am editing my review to add- I am 100% still keeping my 5 stars. But unfortunately my machine was found to have a refrigerant leak after a couple weeks of use. I simply contacted support and they had me send pictures and video of the problem. This was yesterday and I already have a replacement on it way today. They were amazing help! If you do get a faulty machine make sure to contact support, it is worth it!

Was all set to spend $$$ on the popular Opal nugget ice maker but it was too tall for my countertops. Saved a bunch buying this unit. It works well and with a couple of procedural efforts, is a worthy addition to the kitchen. Yes, one has to clear the ice feed every 10-15 minutes or it will "clog up." Also, when the ice is first made, it's very "watery". We find it's best to take the freshly made ice and immediately transfer it to a PLASTIC bowl in the freezer. The ice sets up nicely and hardens. Using a plastic bowl helps pop out the big chunk of ice from the bowl to a 2 1/2 gallon ziplock bag. Once inside you can drop it on the floor or smack it with a meat tenderizer and it shatters into pieces the size you want. We developed our "system" the first day we had the machine and it works well for us.
