My review of EUHOMY’s customer support. I purchased my ice machine off Amazon about 2 months prior to it stopped making ice. I cleaned it every two weeks and only used filtered water. The water symbol flashed repeatedly as if it needed to be filled with water. However, it was already filled with water so I did not understand what the issue was. I was frustrated because it was past the Amazon return window, so I contacted EUHOMY’s customer service via email and “Willow” responded to my email and assisted me. Willow suggested a few troubleshooting solutions, which I tried, which included cleaning the filters, removing screws from the machine to get inside of it. After a couple days of trying what Willow requested I try, and sending pictures and videos of my machine, it was still not working properly. Willow was GREAT throughout my entire customer service experience with the company in trying to get the machine working again. After determining I was not able to fix the ice machine to get it to work properly, Willow informed me that he would be sending me a new replacement ice machine. I received the new ice machine in 4 business days. My new replacement ice machine and it’s working as new and making great ice! EUHOMY has excellent customer service, especially Willow, who was very nice and responsive and helpful in assisting me resolve my issue. I would definitely recommend this company and I will also be buying more of their products in the future. ... show more

I knew what I wanted after over a year checking them out. I have used the basic bullet ice ones, but I want nuggets ice now and I'm willing to pay, but the. Negative reviews are keeping me from pulling the trigger. So for another year, I research nugget ice machines like crazy. I found this one and something was different. The reviews were great and it had everything I was looking for. 5 months ago, I made the purchase and I haven't regretted a thing. It's fast, it's quiet, it cleans itself. I have used nothing but distilled water because the book will tell you that if you want to keep calcium buildup and whatever else off your machine, use distilled water. They aren't kidding, it's amazing. Ice is perfect and it does NOTHING to the flavor of your ice. I can't review the customer service because I have had no reason to contact them. If they read this, I would tell them Thank You. So if you are like me, trying to make a decision and also you have that nice looking GE Opal 2.0 in your head with 80% negative reviews.....don't do it. Besides having that cool light inside of it, there's no way in hell it can top this Euhomy. I made sure I got 5 months of use before doing review, and it's been absolutely perfect the entire time. Oh yea, I do have 1 complaint..... They put sticker on top machine letting us know to not use machines until 24 hours after you place it where it's going to stay, which is a good thing....... But the sticky stuff on sticker won't go away and it's right on top of machine. It does drive me crazy they put it right there and there's always spot I gotta look at when the rest of machine is just beautiful. Move the sticker or use a sticker that doesn't cause this. I bought this ice maker after much research. After I had it for 3weeks the inlet solenoid went out. After corresponding with tech support via email, they sent me a new one. I’m not used to tech support via email but they have been good to respond. I would buy from them again.

After reviewing lots of different nugget ice machines, I picked this one out. It fills the basket fairly quickly. We had owned it for 9 months when we had to get it replaced. I was starting to have problems with it about 7 months in, stating it needed to be cleaned everyday, started taking longer to make ice. At 9 months if finally kept stating to add water even though there was water in it. I message Euhomy directly from their website. They were responsive ever day, going back and forth to try and trouble shoot it. Come to find out, there is a second tank inside the machine. But after the trouble shooting, it was declare the pump went out and they would send out a new one. Things I will do differently with this new one. I will only fill with our filtered fridge water ONLY. Even though I used descaling and cleaning products regularly in the machine, where we live, the water is high hard. I will be watching that inner tank a little better this time. I was shocked how kind of gross it was, even with regular cleanings I did. I was a little late in the game before I started doing the regular cleanings on it. It is not the quietest machine. I can defiantly hear it running, but its kind of white noise, so it doesn't necessarily bother me. Even though we had problems within the first year, the customer service was easy to work with and resolved my problem in a timely matter.
