I purchased this item refurbished. It came with a small dent in the front of it, but it didn't affect the performance at all. The machine is very quiet and made ice pretty quickly. It's very user friendly. It doesn't hold a lot of ice, but I emptied into a container in my freezer until I had the amount I wanted. It's a trade-off in order to have a small machine that is easily storable. The ice seems pretty wet, but I think that's common for countertop ice makers. I like that this machine is light enough that I can carry it by its handle and store it away when it's not in use.

I didn’t do anything other then take it out the box. Filled it with water. Ran it First batch of ice I threw in sink Yes it really does drop ice every 8-9 minutes. It’ll fill the inner ice tray to capacity Every forty minutes or so. (I have mine set to large . ) It does what it says, excellent machine for its cost. Won’t disappoint !!

I was holding off getting an ice maker but my fridge one doesn’t connect to my water line and I have a reverse osmosis system installed at my kitchen sink. This works great, I put my drinking water in, and the ice is faster than I thought. I like how this has the small or large size ice and the sound is the same as ice being made in my fridge. Size fits great on the countertop and I installed near the sink for easy clean up when I drain the water and clean. I store this at the wet bar in my basement so great for iced coffee or cocktails.

The information used to advertise this ice maker was accurate as well as easy to follow. I am an iced tea person. The amount of ice available from one freezing period for one day for my personal use was adequate. This machine is a bit heavy for me , but doable. The ice is clear and there is very little noise during the ice freezing period. I did not expect this ease of use and quality of product at this reasonable price.

Makes ice in small and large cubes. I primarily use the large cubes which are perfect for cold drinks. My refrigerator has an ice maker but I prefer these cubes. I fill my refrigerator freezer ice bucket with these ice cubes and dispense through the in- door refrigerator dispenser. Easy to setup following instructions and the self cleaning feature is really useful. Makes ice quick. Large cubes are ready every 6 minutes. The only drawback, if it’s even a problem, is the volume of each batch. Recommended.

I am not sure how it will work but I just pull it out the box and remove the package tape and it was dented. I not sure if I want to returned it or keep it because it is such an hassle this just make me made because I don't like damages goods
