I own an outdoor living and pool company - install many kitchens per year and built my own. I didn’t wana pay $2,500 on a brand name so I took a risk. Bought in 2024 and have had zero issues. Cools super great and it’s been exclusively outside side day 1. Fast forward to 2026 (now) added a second outdoor kitchen area on my property and evaluating options and to be honest this still seems the best value. Perhaps others have had failures but I’ve had zero issues. Surprising considering the top brands I use for customers are 3x the cost and also have issues - ironically I haven’t and about to order 2 more. I’ve installed about 40 of the others and there is minimal difference for 2k+ price of others.

I love this fridge! I was back and forth between a pull out fridge or a glass doors. And then hesitant since never hearing from the brand. I went with this because I wanted a cleaner look and fridge I could use for overflow and not just drinks. It arrive fast and well packaged. Set up was simple just installed handles and plug in and that’s it! It’s quiet and looks great. It’s drawers are big but can be difficult to fill up to the full capacity to the numbers it mentions. The pull out drawers are better that reaching all the way to back. I get lots of compliments on this drive.

DON"T BUY THIS REFRIGERATOR!!! I’m really disappointed and honestly feel obligated to warn others before they make the same mistake I did. I purchased this refrigerator expecting it to last for years, not just over a year. Unfortunately, it completely stopped working after only 14 months—barely past the warranty period. When I reached out to the company, they refused to take any responsibility or offer any meaningful solution simply because the warranty had expired. What’s frustrating isn’t just the failure itself—it’s how quickly the company distanced itself from the problem. A major appliance like a refrigerator shouldn’t fail this soon, and a company that stands behind its products would at least try to help in some way. Instead, I was left with a broken appliance and no support. If you’re considering buying from this brand, I strongly suggest you think twice. A slightly lower price isn’t worth it if the product doesn’t last and the company won’t stand behind it when something goes wrong. Buyers beware.

About a week in, no annoying alarms or issues. It starts consistently 40 degrees. Hopefully the video gives an idea of the volume level. As a city dweller it’s unnoticeable. I like the light is a low intensity blue, and that the drawers close softly. My last fridge same style cost $4000. A haier. Annoying generic alarms, poor seals, inconsistent temperature. Even if this only lasts a year, it’s better to rip and replace than buying a name brand and feeling duped. Here’s hoping.

Let sit for 5 days before it was installed. I wanted the refrigerant to settle before it was plug in. Will see how cold it gets. It’s been 30 days and the drinks get ice cold. Gets very cold

This was a great deal but unfortunately this is one of those you get what you pay for things. Love how the cutter fits into the unit. Love how sleek it is and the exterior is clean. The LED light...meh...seems a bit gimmicky to me. but the big reason for the low score is it is nearly impossible for the corkscrew to get into the relative center of the cork. No matter how I position it it hunts to the edge of the bottle. Then the cork does not come out.

The lowest temp after 48 hours of being plugged in, using the most accurate Laser gun I have is 47, that was for a fleeting moment after almost 2 days of being plugged in without being opened. I waited 48 hours before I plugged it in initially too. It says to wait 24 before plugging in. My unit arrived in good condition. I was testing it in box and waiting to see if it actually reached temp and then my husband helped me without asking and broke down the box and unpacked everything prior to me running my 72 hour test to verify function to make returning easier. A frustrating issue: This unit was falsely tied to wine bottle opener reviews when I bought it. It was amazon prime day and i hurriedly decided to buy an under counter drawer refrigertor based upon overwhelmingly positive reviews after waiting 2 months and exhaustively searching for something with good performance. I discovered this false review advertising after ordering and shipping but before it arrived. I could not arrest the delivery in time. The reviews were overwhelmingly positive for the electric bottle opener, over 171 reviews at that time. They are now different. I was really upset that I had been manipulated by bait and switch reviews and I flagged the product page for Amazon explaining this. So when it did arrive, after all my discoveries I chose to test it, leaving the box front off and enabling venting in both front and back to ensure it even worked. That's when I got no temperature under 47 degrees on the second day plugged in. The ambient temperature was 78. This unit will probably not keep milk from spoiling or keep fruit drinks sufficiently cold. I left a thermometer I keep in my refrigerator in the unit and it never registers below 43 degrees with items added after 12 hours. All seals are fully closed and pushed back into their groove where the handle mounting screws needed to be screwed in. The directions for trouble shooting don't provide any external adjustment...they do suggest topping off refrigerant though...but they don't say how, to what pressure, what type of refrigerant or if that's legal and destroys the warranty. Now I get to go through the amazing fun or returning this refrigerator and getting a refund. Like I have time for this. Update: they offered a partial refund and keep the product, my friend wanted a cooler for her beverages in her game room and so instead of the pain in the rear shipping it back, I'm giving it to her and keeping a partial refund and she can owe me. If you only need a wine or beverage chilling refrigerator, this is nice, it's pretty quiet and looks good enough. I'm really upset I impulsively trusted the reviews without understanding most were not for the appliance I ordered. Buyer beware, always check thoroughly to which the reviews pertain. This isn't a bad appliance, it's just not cold enough for dairy. It can't fit a gallon of milk upright or a bottle of rootbeer... it also only has a weird blue light and only in the top, a bright white light would be so much better.
