I purchased this renewed A/C because of its price VS the $400 other competitors are charging, too good to be true, right! Well, semi-right! 1. Missing window extension panel Part 2. Missing butterfly bolt. 3. Drain hose. I was able to put the Unit together with a secure fit. After allowing it to cool for a few hours, i must say that I am impressed! The room usually only got to around 78° ( which is in comfortable to me), it now reaches 73°. I am VERY pleased with this product (although missing parts). I must say that if you order this and parts are missing, it can be a challenge to install. I give 4 stars because of missing parts. The value of it is great, and it performs very will. I'm a light sleeper and the noise is whisper quiet at night. ... show more
