Very good product. The instructions are very clear and the set up on the app is very thorough, clear and easy to understand and get working right away. The mountability is easy to DIY and it looks well made. I am having no problems with this camera and appreciate the decision to purchase. The AI function on the EUFY camera is very perceptive and its area ratio sensitivity is remarkable. The lens follows the subject from a side to side up and down view approach so it captures every detail of the subjects area. The app must use the full battery and not the saving mode to function correctly. I previously owned a SWANN security flood camera. Do not buy SWANN products from SAM's club. SWANN customer service is very poor and its fixed mount is unstable and subject to camera theft. Relative in cost to the previous SWANN camera, this EUFY security flood light camera was cheaper and is better quality than SWANN. In addition the playback is remarkable and has the time and date stamp, an alarm, longitude and latitude reading for occurrence I.D. I am very happy with this camera.

Bought this and have the 380 eufy hub. Was hoping to use the hub to put it in HomeKit however it doesn’t work. The hub shows up but not the items attached to it that are not HomeKit. The camera works very well, detects motion and is very clear. The 2 lenses do a great job. The light and motion sensor work well however it would be nice to have an added feature to prevent it from coming on if you are home vs away through geofence. Overall a good purchase and easy to setup. No problems after having for one year other than the limitations noted.

Wish I could give this zero stars. A simple Wi-Fi reconnect turned into a second-story roof crawl just to read a serial number and press a hidden sync button. Reinstalls should not require death-defying gymnastics. Whatever you do, don't lose the SN or QR code or you cannot reinstall. Here are details: Worked fine for a few weeks and then started having connectivity issues with my home Wi-Fi. No problem, I'll forget the device and reinstall. This is where my NIGHTMARE began. The floodlight was installed by my electrician and the box was not saved. It's installed on the edge of the second story wall of the garage. I have to somehow get the code from it. It's not in an easy spot to get a picture. I had previously purchased a Wireless Endoscope for another purpose. I climbed out a second story window onto the roof. Brought a cushion and a towel so I could kneel on the gravel surface (I have a flat or brai roof), use the towel to drape myself over the stucco parapet wall, and struggle mightily to get a shot of the Serial Number. Which I eventually manage to do. Time to celebrate! And reinstall the camera. I proceed through the manual steps, enter the serial number which, by some miracle, is correct. And what is the last step??? "Press the sync button on the top!!! I've put the ladder away. It's now nighttime. And raining. I guess I'll drag myself out on the roof again tomorrow, weather permitting, and do my death defying acrobatic routine. This is utterly ridiculous. What if I sold my house? Or what if I bought a house that had one of these and wasn't provided the documentation? There's no other way to install it? Unbelievably bad. Dear Eufy: Vendor response requested: Please enable reinstall without physical access—e.g., show the SN in-app, offer account-based recovery, or allow verification via proof of purchase + last known MAC. I did my part, bought your product and created an account. What’s your fix and timeline?

Great camera and flood light combination. The ability to control camera function setting and flood lights are terrific. The camera tracking and zooming features are valuable especially when providing images to authorities should the need arise. I also appreciate the ability to control the camera and lights via your phone or tablet. Installation was easy for the most part due to the great design and holding strap, but some "handyman" knowledge and experience proved to be helpful. The sound quality is great. The value is great considering I can leave my house and still monitor activity outside. So far, the cameras have been durable and reliable. I purchase the hardwired units so I can't say much about the battery life.

So far, so good. Easy install, great video feed! I leave the floodlights off and just click them on from the app if I want. I have the homebase S380 with a Samsung 870 Evo 2TB SS hard drive which allows me to record constantly if I want. I have 2 S340 cameras in the front along with 2 indoor Eufy cameras. I've had the indoor cameras (check the critters) for over a year with no problems, the outdoor cameras have been installed less than a month. All working great but I will add to this if I have any problems. My iphone14 will freeze a video now and again, I just shut my phone off then back on and all is fine.
