  • Total Property Coverage with Revolutionary 2-In-1 Design: Secure every corner of your property with zero blind spots. In this 2-camera bundle, every single device does the work of two. The innovative Triple-Lens system combines an upper 4K bullet lens (130 wide view) with a lower 2K PTZ lens that locks on, tracks, and zooms. Get both the complete scene and crucial close-ups at the same time. Its the perfect all-in-one security solution for large estates, sheds, rental.
  • AI Tracking from Close-Ups to Cross-Zones: Each camera independently utilizes AI to lock on, auto-frame multiple subjects, and zoom in for crisp details up to 164 ft away. Linked by the HomeBase S380, the 2-camera bundle takes it further with true Cross-Camera Tracking. As someone walks through your property, the cameras hand off the target seamlessly, stitching the activity across different zones into one continuous, timestamped video.
  • Forever Solar Power & Effortless Setup: Skip the hardwiring and professional installers! Equipped with an ultra-large 5.5W solar panel and SolarPlus 2.0 tech, just 1 hour of direct sunlight daily keeps your camera running year-round. Thanks to this 100% wire-free, smart detachable design, you can easily mount and set up the camera anywhere in just minutes.
  • No Subscription & Guaranteed Privacy with HomeBase S380: This bundle securely stores all your footage locally on the HomeBase S380's 16GB built-in drive (expandable with any 2.5" drive). Beyond massive storage, the hub unifies all 2 cameras into one easy-to-use app. Featuring local BionicMind AI, it learns to recognize familiar faces, drastically reducing false alerts so you're only bothered by real threats. Starting with 2 cameras, it easily supports up to 16 devices total.
  • Precise Detection, Powerful Deterrence: Radar and PIR sensors deliver precise motion alerts with fewer false alarms. When a threat is detected within your set zone or schedule, red and blue warning lights and a 105 dB siren activate to deter intruders.

Description

At eufy we believe all great smart home products need to be thoughtfully built from the start. From whole-home security to smart cleaning solutions, eufy's technology brings you expert protection and deep cleaning that's tailored to your lifestyle and creates human-first technology that enlivens the lives of everyone around you. With bullet-to-PTZ tracking enabled, once the bullet camera detects a target, the PTZ camera locks on and keeps tracking. With HomeBase S380, the AI identifies people and merges related clips to show you a single, easy-to-view event. The PTZ cam auto-zooms in on people up to 164 ft (50 m)* away for more detail, and zooms out for groups to ensure nothing is missed. With the large 5.5W detachable solar panel, just 1 hour of direct sunlight a day keeps your camera fully charged*. Enjoy uninterrupted, eco-friendly power all year round. *With optimal sunlight, the solar panel can collect and store 1,000 to 2,500mAh per day. The camera uses 300 to 550mAh over a whole day of average use. **Compared to eufy's 3W solar panel. Radar and PIR work together to minimize false alerts*. Customize zones and schedules to ensure the light and siren trigger when threats appear. *Push notifications with thumbnail previews require thumbnail preview images to be temporarily stored in the cloud. eufyCam S4 Kit SoloCam S340 Kit eufyCam S3 Pro Kit SoloCam E42 Kit SoloCam E30 Kit What's the difference between this bullet-ptz camera and using two separate cameras? The two built-in cameras work together more intelligently than separate devices, providing both a full view and a detailed close-up from a single installation. Auto-tracking begins with either camera, then PTZ zooms in and follows the action. How does bullet-to-PTZ tracking work? The fixed camera detects motion and triggers the PTZ to rotate and zoom using AI tracking. If the bullet and PTZ angles differ, tracking handoff may be slower. For faster response, point the PTZ toward your key area for quicker detection. Does eufyCam S4 support 24/7 recording? Yes, connect it to direct power (5V/2A+ adapter or higher) for 24/7 recording (requires camera version V1.0.5.4+). A microSD card or hard drive is required for storage (when connected to HomeBase 3, requires HomeBase version V3.7.2.8 or later). How do I get the best performance from my solar panel? Orientation and tilt angle are key. Face the panel toward the equator (e.g., south in the Northern Hemisphere), place it in a shadow-free spot, and set a 30°–45° tilt based on your latitude—flatter in summer, steeper in winter for maximum charging. Can it work standalone or with other Hombases / HomeKit? It works as a standalone device (connected directly to your router) or with HomeBase S380 for more features. HomeBase 2(Homebase S280) , Homebase mini, Homebase Professional, eufy NVR and Apple HomeKit are not currently supported.

  • Great cameras and even greater tech support! Great cameras and even greater tech support!
Style: 2-Cam Kit
2/22/26 It was definitely my router causing the issue! If you live in a wifi congested area i.e. apartments or tightly packed houses or if you're just experiencing connection issues I can say it is likely your router. I had the Gryphon routers and upgraded to the newest Gryphon AX router and it solved my connection issues with the Eufy cameras. They now connect fast and stay online. I also get the notifications much faster which is good for my isolated property. Please read the rest of this review to see my struggles. It's not the cameras it's your WiFi! 2/18/26 Okay, I first need to say these cameras do work and work really well. However, if you have a lot of IoT devices and or live around a lot of others broadcasting 2.4 Ghz channels then you may experience issues. I personally have a large amount of IoT devices broadcasting on the 2.4 Ghz channel and causing interference with the cameras. When the signal is good the cameras are fast to connect but other than that they are intermittent. This isn't an issue with Eufy though and the only real way to fix the issue is to remove devices or change channels on the wifi router. I tried different channels but that didn't help. The IoT devices followed and swamped the signal again. The Eufy appears to broadcast on channel 1 but I've noticed it change itself to channel 3 also. This isn't adjustable on the settings which is a bummer. You can download a free wifi analyzer on your phone and see the networks and congestion of any. I should have done this in advance as I would have purchased the wired EufyCam system using PoE. I have another camera system that is PoE cameras and it's rock solid. Again, my issues aren't with Eufy, it's with my network. 2/10/26 I am more impressed with their tech support, which I should have known would be great since their owned by Anker. (I love Anker battery backups) I had previously written my experience below but after some modifications and help with their support the system is great! I added the Eufy Smart Display and that was the game changer! It alerts me while I'm sitting on the couch and instantly shows me the display. The app I still think could use some improvements but I've learned more about the settings and stuff so that's helped a lot. I am writing this in my own opinion and not by or for Anker and or Eufy. That being said Eufy did offer me two free batteries for the cameras or a reimbursement of the product via email which was nice. I declined as I didn't feel that was right since I hadn't fully learned the system and I now love it. Take your time and definitely reach out to their support team if you need help! I have four other camera systems around my house and property with a total of about 20 cameras. (Backed up by Anker) That being said I am really good with camera apps and their systems and setup. I will admit this one took just a few more steps than I anticipated but again I reached out to their support team and things started working better. This is my original review, just ignore my ignorance. I only leave it so you can see my honest reviews and opinions as I set this product up. And yes, I purchased this setup with my own money and no discounts. Original: I really want to like these cameras and maybe one day after some firmware updates I will. I purchased this and it's my honest review. Pros. 1. Pan tilt zoom is great. 2. Dual cameras is great 3. Setup was a breeze with the Homebase 3. 4. Install was super simple and I hardwired them for constant power. 5. Picture quality is great even in zoom. 6. Much more. Cons. 1. The app has some lag occasionally. There is no way that I have found so far to quickly mute the motion detection on the cameras. So when I go to mow or work outside on something I'm constantly setting off the alarm. I have to go deep into the app for both cameras and uncheck the alarm and or motion. Then I have to go back and recheck those boxes to get the alarms I want. With Ring, you can mute the motion and alarms in two clicks on the main screen. It also seems to be very sensitive to snow. I have lowered the sensitivity down to one. Which I don't like but it seems to keep the snow from triggering the alarm. 2/4/26 Edit: Eufy tech support is pretty good, they were able to help get some things working. Overall I would recommend this camera system as it's benefits outweigh the cons. Just overall the app seems heavy and bulky to use. You have to go between multiple screens to make simple changes. I would love for someone to correct me. I have not reached out to their tech support as I've only had them installed a couple of days now. ... show more

  • Excellent Wireless Security Camera with Reliable Solar Charging Excellent Wireless Security Camera with Reliable Solar Charging
Style: Solo Cam
I’ve been very impressed with this Eufy Security eufyCam S4 4K Solar Camera. Setup was straightforward, and the camera feels solid and well-built right out of the box. The video quality is excellent, with sharp 4K footage that makes it easy to identify details both during the day and at night. One of the biggest advantages is the solar charging feature. After installation, the solar panel has kept the battery topped up without needing any manual charging, which makes the camera truly low-maintenance. Motion detection is responsive, and notifications arrive quickly through the app. The Eufy app is easy to use and provides convenient access to live view, recordings, and camera settings. I also appreciate that there are no mandatory monthly subscription fees for basic functionality, which helps reduce long-term costs. Overall, this camera offers great image quality, dependable performance, and hassle-free operation. If you’re looking for a wireless outdoor security camera with clear video and minimal maintenance, this is an excellent choice. ... show more

  • Outstanding Security Camera with impressive technology.
Style: 4-Cam Kit
I’ve been using the EufyCam S4 for about 5 days, and I’m genuinely impressed with how advanced and reliable it is. One of my favorite features is the motion tracking. The camera doesn’t just detect movement—it actually follows the person or object as it moves across the area. That gives me much better coverage and peace of mind because I know the camera won’t miss important activity. The dual-camera setup is another feature that really stands out. Having both a wide-angle view and a tracking camera working together provides excellent surveillance coverage. The wide lens captures the full scene, while the tracking lens zooms in and follows movement, which helps eliminate blind spots around the property. The 4K video quality is excellent. The image is incredibly sharp and clear, making it easy to recognize faces, vehicles, or other details even at a distance. Daytime footage looks great, and night performance is also very solid. I also appreciate how well the camera integrates with the Eufy HomeBase S380. Setup was straightforward, and everything works smoothly through the Eufy Security App. Being able to manage alerts, recordings, and settings from the app makes the system very convenient to use. Overall, the EufyCam S4 delivers excellent picture quality, intelligent motion tracking, and innovative dual-camera surveillance. If you’re looking for a high-quality security camera with advanced features and reliable performance, this one is definitely worth every penny spent. I highly recommend it. PS - If you want to expand the storage capacity of your Homebase, I strongly recommend going with SATA SSD. Which Should You Choose? 🏆 Best overall for surveillance / many cameras: Seagate IronWolf 125 — it’s designed for NAS, high TBW ratings, and multi-user workloads, often exceeding the endurance of typical consumer SSDs like WD Red. 💪 Balance of performance and price: IronWolf 110 — a reliable SSD with good endurance for 24×7 recording without going into the expensive enterprise tier. 📈 Enterprise-grade durability: Synology SAT5210 — excellent endurance specs and NAS-oriented firmware if budget permits. ... show more

  • Will it survive and my review testing?...It didn't. Will it survive and my review testing?...It didn't.
Style: Solo Cam
Preface: I have been installing security cameras for well over 20 years and I will update this review with pictures as I install and operate it. So far upon receiving: It has some nice camera coverage features hopefully the camera will not track a moving leaf on a tree and flood my notifications with unwanted alerts. I don't like plastic housings on any outdoor camera...I just don't see it holding up in the extreme elements...Here in Florida, the sun beating down on a security camera yellows any aluminum powder coating after time and I could touch up with some paint but with plastic it just cracks and disintegrates. I will be mounting this ptz to a 10ft one-inch diameter metal emt conduit pole. Already I looked at the solar panel mount and no way will this dinky screw in mount hold up to any high wind activity no matter how tight you screw it down. I need to install the solar panel on its own pole mount and use epoxy with a longer screw through the pole with some thread lock to even have a chance for long term usage. Now if you are using this under a eave and can shield from sun and wind then it could work stock as sold and being plastic. After a quick use of the camera to test out the features...I noticed that the ptz is not a continuous 360deg pan. It does have a far left and right stops...I am not sure how this will effect tracking if it does hit a hard pan stop if the camera will swing around to continue tracking if someone is walking between the two rear pan stops. Some would say that my install is a bit extreme and unfairly judging against commercial ptz cameras but lets see what and how long this camera in a real environment can last...should be fun...stay tuned. 2/9/26 Update: I have the camera now mounted up around 20ft and now am thinking about some possible future issues. I am noticing that the fixed camera is developing mist on the lens when temps go below 40F at night (pics below). If that is the case then forget about anything being captured for security. I am not sure if the fixed camera just doesn't have any way to generate heat as many of the other cameras do when it get cold and damp at night that fights off condensation on the lens. When the camera is 20ft off the ground you will lose some of you detection distance. With the motion settings maxed out the fixed camera only detects about half way up the image. I am not sure how the camera acts if you drain the battery down to a non usable level...I would hate to bring that camera down to replace a battery or just to power it back on if there was no way to start the camera remotely from such an episode. I have been watching the battery consumption and I see it drop around 10% depending on how much you use or the camera is being used overnight. 2/11/26 Update: Let's talk about some app issues...I do wish Eufy gave you the ability to allow rtsp...I know it is a battery camera but would be nice just to check in from time to time with that feature from a computer. I wonder if the encryption of the stored video could also be removed. It does take some time for that connection to disply the decrypt files....No matter what resolution I set it at but more apparent at higher settings is the playback of a motion alarm...I get image stutter and loss of frames. So who is this camera for? I would say who it is not...prosumer level but not bad for a consumer grade individual. I would pay more for a S4-Pro with metal housing, longer AI detection/night improvements and a bigger battery. As from what I can tell now is the AI is pretty decent and they should continue to push with that. The price of this camera is a bit steep and you could purchase prosumer ptz cameras for half but that might come down in price as time goes on. I am impressed with the customer service. I was able to submit a case and receive a reply but seems a bit on the AI side with not exactly answering my questions so when calling in for support, I spoke to someone and had additional questions that were answered. 2/22/26 Update: Well things got a bit weird with Eufy. I was offered a full refund for the camera due to the condensation in the lens issue now appearing in both cameras....which was cool but after that they refused to further troubleshoot with the camera. I mentioned that I still have the camera and consider myself still a customer of Eufy and if not then why wasn't I offered a replacement rather than a full refund. Never heard back...so as of now I have a new camera that was refunded and told to throw it out or deal with it. 2/25/26 Update: So got a hold of a service tech and was told that they would not send me another to test and if I wanted to by another then they will troubleshoot again. Anker/Eufy very sad that you don't know how powerful product reviews are. Eufy could have saved face with a known issue with their cameras but now I can't recommend this to my customers as it would damage my business reputation also. Buyer beware! ... show more

  • Good and bads
Style: 4-Cam Kit
Good: EZ set up and install. Good clear video. Good battery life so far even after a very wet overcast period. Good WiFi connection. AI works great, identifying, humans, vehicles and "pets". It does a good job at putting all animals as "pets". When it tracks something and moves around to see a small statue of a deer near by it zooms in on it and adds pets to that video recognizing a animal shape. I seems to detect people and pets most of the time. When I have the "all other motion" setting on I do get some recording when there is nothing there except maybe some rain drops. I quit using that setting. Poor: Motion detection of vehicles. I mostly wanted this system to try and detect vehicles coming in my rural driveway. The cameras don't consistently detect vehicles, even when setting the cameras to higher sensitivity and range. Also I've tried moving the cameras, and adjusting the activity area and camera angles. I've found the only way to get a very consistent recording is having lots of cameras. They do seem to work together through the home base and it seems like even is the first cameras doesn't detect a vehicle one of the other cameras farther along the roads are more likely to record the vehicle if it has gone by another camera. It just takes redundant cameras. Update: After posting this review Eufy offered a full refund. I respect a company that stands by it products, but do want to keep the system. I'm not saying this is a poor preforming product, but do what other future buyers to know that you might need multiple cameras if you want to always detect vehicles going by the system. One camera along a road probably isn't going to do the job. I know that after I purchased the 4 camera system I ordered a 5th camera to cover my area. I now works better. Overall a good system. ... show more

  • Amazing cameras!
Style: Solo Cam
At the time of this review I have been using the camera for about two days. I am VERY satisfied with the overall performance and flexibility of the camera positioning of the bullet and PTZ cameras. I am so satisfied a second one is on the way! The tracking is amazing! As example the camera will track me from my front door and follow me and zooming in on me for about three houses away! What a great way to get more information if somebody is trying to do harm! The video is clear and smooth, alerts are fast, and the motion detection is VERY sensitive. I am still experimenting with the motion detection (type, range, sensitivity, activity zones, cameras pointing) because I am getting more notifications then I want. i.e. picking up cars driving by my house. With the camera plugged in its staying at 100 % charge, but only after I stopped playing with it for hours using live view and moving the PTZ around with the app, So Cool!. :-) The install was quick with two screws needed to attach the mounting bracket to the house then slide the camera into the bracket and two more locking screws already attached to the bracket. I wanted 24/7 recoding so I also plugged in the camera with the cable provided. Some other notes: I am experienced Eufy camera user since 2022. The camera is above my garage with bullet camera facing mostly the driveway and the PTZ pointing towards my walkway to the front door. I have the camera plugged into the wall and recoding 24/7. It's connecting to the homebase 3. I have motion activated lights on my house. ... show more

I was very intrigued by these cameras but I have to say I am very happy with the purchase. The video quality is good the battery life so far seems good with the solar mount. Connectivity could be faster but it loads up pretty fast. The set up was very easy as well. Do be warned that for some reason until you connect/activate them they seem to not charge. I tried to pre charge 3 before setting them up 1 by one and noticed after the first one that the rest did not charge at all despite being on a charger for a whole day. I really love the moveable camera portion definitely enhances security. ... show more
