No. eufyCam C37 does not support 24/7 continuous recording, even when connected to HomeBase Mini. Does the camera support 180° image rotation? No. C37 is designed for upside-down installation only. IP65 waterproof and detection work best in this position. Upright or flat may cause water damage or poor detection. Please install it as guided. Is eufyCam C37 compatible with HomeBase and HomeKit? eufyCam C37 works with HomeBase 3 and HomeBase Mini, but not HomeBase 2. Apple Home / HomeKit is not supported. Why does the C37's battery power still decrease even when connected to solar panels? Solar charging may vary by sunlight, angle, and weather. If solar input is low or events are triggered too often, the battery may still decrease. In low-temperature areas, less than 2 hours of daily sunlight may not support continuous power. How does storage work, and do I need to buy a microSD card? eufyCam C37 has no built-in storage. For standalone use, insert a microSD card to save recordings. It supports up to 256 GB (sold separately). I’ve been using Eufy security cameras for a while and have been very happy with them. The C37 cameras provide a clear picture, good coverage, and the 360° pan and tilt feature makes a big difference because I can monitor a much larger area with fewer blind spots. Setup was straightforward, the app is easy to use, and notifications work well. I especially like being able to check my cameras remotely and quickly see what is happening around the property. The 4 camera kit is a great option if you want coverage in several areas of your home. So far, the system has been reliable and the video quality has been very good both during the day and at night. This camera is the best value for money. It boasts a crystal-clear image, a wide field of view, a silent flashing alarm option, motion detection, pan and tilt functionality, and automatic tracking. It’s easy to hang and can be used with or without the solar panel. I highly recommend it.

I love the picture quality and that it tracks what it is seeing and alerting you to. They are pretty easy to set up, set the mini hub and sync all the cameras to is. However, it is only picking people and cars up probably 8 out of 10 times even when you are walking/driving right by it. I am pretty disappointed in that. That being said, Ankor and the tech team are working with me on the issue. They have been very attentive, concerned and very willing to help. They do want it to work correctly. It does take a few seconds for it to turn "on" after being asleep when it is idle, so you very possibly could miss what set it off. It also takes a few more seconds for you to get the notification. I am not totally dissatisfied with the cameras. Maybe I just had other expectations. The picture is good, day and night. The audio recording is great. I like the light at night that makes it easy to see. I like that it can do facial recognition so you know if your spouse or kids are here. So far the battery life has been great. I charged each camera to full before hanging them up, and the sun has done the rest. I like that you can zoom in if you need to. They are not huge cameras like some others are. I like the size. I like that I got 4 cameras and the mini hub for the price I did. I will continue to work with tech support to see if I can live with the way it is or if I send them back for cameras with live feed all the time. ***update. 8/14/26 I have been working with Ankor to resolve the issues we are having. The customer support is amazing. They really care and want to help you and see that things are made right. They are making sure my cameras are working correctly and even offered to upgrade my home base due to the issues. I would definitely buy their products again. Very pleased with this bundle. We did buy a third camera as well, which I'll be connecting to the hub very soon, but given how easy THESE two were to set up, I'm not anticipating any problems. The cameras are currently staying charged very well via the solar panels (although we'll see if winter affects that), and as far as I can tell, they're catching everything within the field of view I set, and the AI tracking works beautifully to follow any people or critters that show up. I will admit that the Eufy app is perhaps not the fastest thing in creation as far as connecting to the cameras, but it does the job after a second or two, and overall, I am quite satisfied. ... show more

I don't understand the hate for this I feel people get bad luck or are seriously incompetent! this is straight forward simple if you follow directions or are 20% tech savvy it'll work. For my use for my personal life it fits well, honestly it works fine camera is great visibility is great sensitivity is great battery is great all in all it works range is good app usability depending on the person and how they set it up it varies. I have a very dumb down simple use interface alert me when it captures people that's it. Done! I don't expect it to do more I don't expect it to read license plate I don't need it to view atom structure or capture some crash so I can be the vigilante hero. it does simple things great and im good with that! you get what you pay for want more pay more and hire a professional team to install professional DAC cameras for you this battery power solar panel won't fit your needs. its a cloud base system not hard drive keep that in mind. all in all its a solid choice for renters or want something easy cheap and quick for around the house to keep an eye out. ... show more

Not bad, and not the best

It works great, but it is not of the best quality in terms of the videos it recorded. The videos lacks detail and it is rather difficult to make out facial features. The videos quality is set to the highest but the quality of the videos it recorded is poor. This is basically my first solar Camera. The battery life is excellent and could last for one week without any charging. The WiFi reception is excellent and the videos recorded is encrypted. Setting it up was easy and I do like the fact that it can move up, down and side ways and track person passing by automatically. The only thing I wish for is for the video quality to be higher, it is distorted and rather difficult to make out facial features. I am considering purchasing the Eufy S4 or S340 in the future. But due to cost, I am holding off for now. I paid $79.99 after prime day, but the price later dropped to $74.99 ... show more
