No matter where you happen to be in the world, the Eufy system as a whole is brilliant. I am not that guy that writes a review after having the product for less than a month. I am that guy that gives you the good, the bad and the ugly. But only after I have used the product for eight months or more. In this case I have been useing the Eufy systems for years. NOt only here in the United States but in my home in Costa Rica. So hold on to your seat and I will tell you the real deal. The Eufy system has given me live updates and recorded events in both locations and the updates are in real time and recordings are stored on a local drive or mini SD card. Last year while I was in the USA one of the security guards responsible for the safeguard of the community where my home is located in Costa Rica was lounging pool side in my backyard. He was so bold that he even had his girlfriend with him. Unbeknownst to this security guard and his romantic companion the Eufy system records even at night. Their conversation which was in Spanish was recorded and the last thing she said before their departure was "don't forget the towel" The next day I forwarded the video to the owner of the security company and lets just say that security guard is no longer gainfully employed. I also use two different Eufy smart locks and I have some ugly news about one of those locks. But I will write a review about both locks in the near furture. But for suer the Eufy system is great and it is a one time cost and not once has it failed.

This is a great product for the money. Video quality is good, nice to be able to set the motion detector sensitivity. It does work with Apple Home app, set up was straight forward watching the video. Been using it as a pet monitor for a week and so far so good.

Great little cameras. Can be operated remotely. Awesome for placement in any area you want to monitor. If you will be gone, you can log on remotely and "look around" if you'd like. They have an onboard micro SD (not included) that any movement is recorded on, so if there were any incident, it would capture. Great for peace of mind. You also have the option to "speak" through the microphone on the camera, if wanted. Added benefit, there is no monthly fee.

TLDR: - Great cameras that pan and tilt for greater range of visions. - No need for subscription, just need mini-SD card (I think max is 128gb?). - Setup was easy and app is user-friendly. - Motion detector is great but could be a nuisance. - Customer service was great. Purchased these during prime deal and these cameras are great. The reason I purchased this was that it allowed me to view different positions (pan and tilt) versus a stationary one view point. In addition, these allow you to install a mini-SD card, so you don’t need to pay a subscription fee. Of course, there are pros and cons to the subscription and non-subscription-based cameras (save $, but if these devices are stolen, you can't access the SD cards). Setup was easy. If you have a mini-SD card and you put it in the slot, it will format it for you, which was nice. Also, if the motion sensor is on, you can access the video immediately on the app. The night vision works as intended. Plus, the Eufy security app is easy to use. It appears you can setup certain times for the camera to be active / less active(?), but I haven’t set it up yet. The one things that I didn’t like, which could be a plus for some, was the motion detection sensor. If you leave it on when people are home, you will get a tons of notifications (I had to turn it off and hopefully I can set it up with the scheduling in the Eufy app to only when needed). One last thing, Eufy customer service was spot on. I had an issue with one of the cameras (mic was not working). I tried resetting it, changing the options, etc., but it didn’t work. Requested for a replacement and they sent another set quickly. However, one from the replacement sets also had the same mic issue, but since two were working, I didn’t make a big deal (possible QC issues?). I believe I saw a reviewer state they installed these at their elderly parent’s place, which could be a great way to monitor them / their place. I may purchase another one if I get to that point. Overall, I am glad I purchased these.

I've been using these for a few years now. We have them at our second home to monitor both indoors and outdoors. We have a couple sitting on window sills looking out as well as a couple in the house covering living space. These have been running near 24/7 since we bought them back in early/mid 2021. These replaced a different brand that were clunky and hard to use. The PTZ is great allowing us to view larger areas with a single camera. The picture quality is great. The response from the camera is good when controlling it remotely. The Internet connection for our house in the woods is spotty, at best, as it's just a cellular hotspot with low bars. Again, it's a house in the woods! But even with that very low bandwidth connection, the cameras serve their purpose. We actually started with two and were immediately impressed with the quality, usability, and price point that we bought 3 more. We kept one at our primary residence that we will fire up when we leave to monitor the pets while we are gone. The PTZ allows us to scan the room to find where they are laying down, etc so we know they are safe and doing well. :-) I have also recommended them to family/friends with no issues or complaints from them. Very nice cameras for easy remote monitoring and have held up with constant use for many years.

I already have a few of these so did not hesitate to order this set. Connects easily to our phone and the picture quality is fantastic. Night vision is also great and you can zoom in on your phone to see any area of the room. These can stand alone or be mounted with brackets (not included). We like having them mounted because you get a better view of an entire room. Great cameras, great value.

Hey, you. Yes, you. If you have this in your cart or are considering it, take it out right this minute. You would be better off throwing your $99 in a lake. These are truly awful. I really cannot say enough bad things about this company. You will occasionally get the events you want to record. But 75% of the time, perhaps more, the clips are cut off, missing altogether, or start recording when the movement is over. I cant tell you how many times an event i wanted to see was just not there. Babys first words, babys first steps, packages getting delivered, dogs chewing things up... you name it, Eufy didnt record it. Another favorite feature is that you can select "continuous recording", which seems like it would solve the problem of eufy missing pretty much any and all movement events, but you'd be incorrect in assuming this because that feature just flat out doesnt work at all. It doesnt change anything, so i guess the option is just for decoration. The camera itself often decides to disconnect as well and then you have to unplug/replug it in. I would say this happens about once a week. So if youre going away and want to watch your house just forget it. The good news is if you get robbed and they steal the camera theyd be doing you a huge favor. Dont even get me started on their solar outdoor cameras, which flat out never were able to hold a charge whatsoever, even in 8h direct sunlight. Also every time they decide to update the app, which for some unknown reason they seem to do frequently, your notifications will quit working for several days. So if you expect a popup for your baby crying or your kids coming home, lol lots of luck to you. Ivd never seen a company update an app so much and not only not fix ANY existing bugs but also break the few things that did actually work. Their one saving grace was the free cloud storage. And they got rid of it LOl. You can put an SD card in. Make sure you save the plastic package the SD card comes in because eufy has you insert the card under the rolling camera ball. So if the card pops out, then you have to to shove the thin plastic piece from the packaging jnder the camera to push it down in order to roll the camera back up and retrieve it. State of the art engineering for sure. If you want a good whole home camera system, look into "unifi protect" cameras, they are amazing!!

I’ve been really happy with the Eufy Indoor Cam E220 2-Cam Kit so far. The video quality is super clear (2K makes a noticeable difference), and the night vision works better than I expected. Setup was quick and pretty straightforward through the app, and I like being able to check both cameras in one place. The motion detection is solid and alerts come through fast without being overly sensitive, which is a big plus. I also appreciate that there’s no required monthly subscription if you don’t want one—local storage is nice to have. Overall, it feels reliable, easy to use, and a good value for a two-camera setup.
