I know it's easy to get five stars to a lot of things, but this one definitely deserves it. I have a 2200 square foot house with multiple rooms and four people that live here and frequent children that come here as well as three dogs. I have lived in this house for just about 6 months and for about a month of that we at one point had nine dogs here for 2 weeks straight going in and out as well as four other adults. This is just the precursor to tell you that I have only swept my house manually two times totally since I live here because of this vacuum. AKA Sir Sucks-A-Lot I have the robot on a once aday cleaning schedule in which he does two passes on the whole house and if his battery gets low he goes and recharges then resumes exactly where the battery got low at. The auto mapping feature where the robot just Wheels around to map. The house is very accurate and you can even control down to which room you want to be cleaned or not. I have always bought these for other people as gifts but I had never gotten someone to self-empteen station edition and it is absolutely amazing. All you have to do is keep up with the minor maintenances like cleaning the brush rollers from hair and not a bunch of gummed up stuff, replacing the brush rollers when needed, and replacing the bag in the self emptying station, which it usually gives you notifications both on your phone and the robot. Hearing it out loud when it happens. It is a very easy and user-friendly setup. I have also convinced multiple other people to buy these because of how good they are at cleaning. Then maybe one day I will give the mopping one a chance, because my entire house is laminate, hardwood, and tile. This is a very sturdy and amazing machine and it covers my entire house daily. If you are looking for a very well priced robot vacuum, this is the one I highly recommend. You just have to make sure that it can fit under all of your stuff like furniture and things like that and keeping your house picked up.

This is an amazing robot. I’ve owned Neato botvacs for about a decade, and finally switched when my D-7 died. Definitely a step up in the game at lower price point. Room mapping is spectacular, scheduling is as expected, and the app is top-notch. By the way, anytime you buy a botvac you need to make sure you check out the app on the App Store to see the ratings, because the app is half the game. I love when it returns to base and it cleans itself. Very rarely will it just pause at some location, don’t know why just yet. Cleaning is solid. Gets around dining room chairs much better than Neato ever could. We have both carpet and vinyl flooring.

I love the Eufy brand. We use their cameras which work great and so we wanted to try out the robot vacuum. We have a husky that sheds all over the place and it would be nice to not see dog hair everywhere when I get home from work. Well the app works well and is easy to use. The vacuum itself works okay, it's really not great with the dog fur: unfortunately it pushes a lot of the fur around instead of sucking it up. It's pretty bad on throw rugs, it pushes most of the fur into a pile instead of sucking it up. It's much better on the hardwood and tile but still not great. I always have it on max suction and it's pretty loud, much quieter on the lower levels. The auto bin cleaner works well so far and haven't had any issues with it. I can't recommend for anyone that's wants to use it for dog fur. Pretty disappointed since I soley bought it for dog fur and it's just not great at sucking it up.

Ive had this thing for a total of four months, and for the first month I loved it. The mapping was quick and accurate, it was pretty quiet, and the suction worked great. Come month two, it stopped self-emptying unless I put pressure on it with my foot and to hold it up to the station. It sporadically leaves the base station and will have issues re-docking. And my favorite is that it regularly loses connection from the base station and loses its charge. ALL of this was still tolerable though. However, upon waking up one morning to find that it once again didn’t charge, it now no longer can connect to WiFi. It still cleans but I can’t access any of the mapping or do room selection. I have tried everyyyyyy possible troubleshooting. I’ve reached out to Eufy’s customer service, and although they are responsive, they are of zero help. They continue to ask for videos of the issues despite me sending them all that I can, activity log included. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would. I’m so disappointed and annoyed. What an utter waste of $.

My Eufy L50SES vacuum is impressive. The mapping of multiple rooms is pretty accurate. The app functions are intuitive and easy to use. (It also controls my other Eufy vacuum that I use upstairs.) The cleaning is about as good as manual vacuums. But we have a dog who sheds a lot, so can only go for two weeks between changing bags in the charging station. Only drawbacks I've experienced: the unit bumps into dark-colored furniture, and it can't navigate my short shag rug (or it sometimes gets caught on the fringe of an area rug). Even with those limitations, this vacuum saves me from hours of housework every month. The Eufy support team has been responsive on the two occasions I've reached out for help with our previous model.
