I bought this to replace my last robot vacuum that died after less than 2 years (different brand). My last couple have been better at vacuuming my hard floors but found they weren't great at carpets. This one does great on both. I have mapped out 3 floors of my house but it is housed on my main floor that needs the most frequent cleaning. When I set it up the app asked if I have pets and since I answered yes (2 labradors and 2 cats) it automatically boosted the suction level. It takes about 45 minutes to clean each floor (covering about 400 sqft). I, of course, have to manually carry it back if not on the main floor, but otherwise it makes its way back to the base and empties every 15 minutes. The self-emptying feature is really loud but thebtesr of the time not bothersome. Overall, really pleased. Hopefully it holds up but I also bought the extended warranty as I find 4 fury creatures especially hard on vacuums!

The Eufy L50 was very easy to set up. I added the app to my phone, connected to our WiFi, and was ready to go! I was very impressed with the mapping of our house, it got the details correct and we were able to name the rooms with a logical label. We've run it about four times now and it's also impressive with the cleaning pattern and ability to empty itself mid-job and resume the job. Our Labrador seems to tolerate the sound and motion, and it picks up most, if not all, of her loose fur.

This little powerhouse is exactly what I was looking for. The app capability makes it easy to vacuum even when I'm not at home and I can see it's progress as it cleans the rooms. The suction is pretty powerful and can startle you if you're not paying attention when the machine goes home to empty itself. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. I definitely recommend this if you're in the market for a self emptying robotic vacuum.

Ive had this thing for a total of four months, and for the first month I loved it. The mapping was quick and accurate, it was pretty quiet, and the suction worked great. Come month two, it stopped self-emptying unless I put pressure on it with my foot and to hold it up to the station. It sporadically leaves the base station and will have issues re-docking. And my favorite is that it regularly loses connection from the base station and loses its charge. ALL of this was still tolerable though. However, upon waking up one morning to find that it once again didn’t charge, it now no longer can connect to WiFi. It still cleans but I can’t access any of the mapping or do room selection. I have tried everyyyyyy possible troubleshooting. I’ve reached out to Eufy’s customer service, and although they are responsive, they are of zero help. They continue to ask for videos of the issues despite me sending them all that I can, activity log included. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would. I’m so disappointed and annoyed. What an utter waste of $.

It works well. Suction is good and her mapping is excellent. She talks and she doesn't bump into the furniture like my previous robots did. My only disappointment is that it doesn't pair with our wifi now that we are on the wifi6. I didnt see the wifi requirements before I purchased. I miss being able to set up an automatic schedule or the "find" option if it gets hung up, which is with the app. Other than having to manually push the button to start, it is still a good product. I've just been spoiled with some of the perks.

I don't know how I lived without this thing!! I set it up to do different areas each day and floors always look presentable. It's amazing. I always thought these "gadgets" were a joke and useless in "my world" but my daughter convinced me to just try it, and I am SO happy she did. One of the best purchases I have made.

This vacuum cleans the floors and rugs well and it's a nice feature that it self cleans the dirt compartment. But, I still need to clean the roller brush and the dust filter daily for them to work properly. I wish this product had the feature like my Dyson vacuum where it cuts the hair that wraps on the brush so it can be sucked into to the dirt compartment. This vacuum doesn't come with a cleaning brush and the roller brush doesn't have an easy way to clean the hair that gets wrapped around each end. I'm a little underwhelmed with this vacuum. I hope they make upgrades in future versions.
