I use this to get to work 3 miles to and 3 miles back. So far for a couple weeks 150 ish miles it's performed consistently great always able to go 6 miles or a little more on a single charge. The light it comes with is good for being seen and seeing a good distance forward. The app has not worked for me and I stopped trying to sync it but without it has not been problem without it. It's wheels haven't been malformed by the harsh streets and wear. Small bumps kind of scare me. It goes up Small inclines alright. It's fast and recommend safety precautions and not to drive it recklessly. Brakes work great but some methods of breaking will change direction and some planning should be considered to prevent serious injury. So far it's been worth the cost. ... show more

I have over 350 miles on it and no issues so far. This is the most portable yet one of the fastest scooters on the road. Instant torque. Long range. Cruise control. Dual suspension. Triple braking system. 270kg weight limit (both my wife and I can ride on it at the same time so great for couples!) Amazing customer service with responses within hours. Highly recommend! First, the throttle will take some getting used to. You press it lightly and you blast off quickly to 15mph in a few seconds! And it tops out around 30mph. I love the build quality, materials used, the design, the look, i think its great all around! And at 29LBS, its so easy to toss in the trunk and go!! My first ride i got 13.3 miles, i expect to get better the second time with a more well prepared battery. a few charges to get normalized. the first charge is never the best. Folds up in seconds, super easy, the mechanism is the best ive seen for folding a scooter. You could spend a few minutes kicking levers to get scooters folded but this one is smooth! a nice little knob at the folding area that you pull and turn down and it acts as a safety latch for blocking the stem from folding while riding. the rear fender was built for a tank, lol. The scooter comes with a strap for balanced easy carrying. Its a tinge off at the balance point but close enough without having to change the scooter. The suspension is great as well, better than most at this weight, probably the best. Ive hit small to somewhat big bumps and just roll over them no problem. The tires will take some getting used to, hard rubber tires arent as good as pneumatic tires but this was designed for low maintenance. i heard a guy complain about the tires being bald after 800 miles, lol, Hes lucky to get 800 miles on just one set of tires!!! Anyhow, ive had it for 3 days and i really like it, but it wont be for everybody! If you want something thats not really fast, you might wanna check out some other options. This scooter is a very different experience! Leisurely cruise, this is not!! learn the readout screen really well, you'll need it for making adjustments for your riding type. theres 1-5 speed settings 5, 10, 16, 24, 30mph. Start at 5 or 10mph (L1-L2) to get acquainted. this info is in your manual and pretty easy to make changes. ... show more

Honestly this scooter is perfect but it’s so easy to break anything you do it breaks. This is the 2nd time my motor has broken and I just keep getting things done to the scooter to help but it just doesn’t stay fixed for a long time. Any drop of rain will literally damage this thing. Very thin scooter as well which might also be a problem. I now have no scooter and have to buy another one. Don’t waste your time only buy it if u wanna ride it for a couple months before it decides to break. You’ll spend more money repairing it than actually buying the scooter by it self. ... show more

These scooter are amazing! They are fast, have good range, and are ultraportable! I actually bought two of these scooters; one for me and one for my son. My son uses it in college and can bring it into the classroom, as it is small enough to fit by his feet and under the desk. Also, I can't emphasize how good customer service has been. No customer service whatsoever. I had to end up throwing mine away after I tried fixing it and then paid a repair shop to try to fix but they couldn't get anyone at etwow to help

Have the previous version and still using it. Scooter has 1683 miles on the Odometer and still working great. Speed and uphill climb still in perfect condition as from the first day I took it out the box.
