Tried with S&W M&P mags…could not get it to work…would load 1to 3 rounds and jam!!! I worked with it for about a half hour and gave up…it actually looks like the plastic is so soft that the rounds wore it out in the short amount of time trying to use it…(yes I oiled it!!) had Amazon refund my $$ They didn’t want the loader back..(I wonder why??😂) I went to cabellas and bought an Uplula…works great but one round at a time!! ... show more

    • Not worth the money. Too much of a PIA to load ammo
I tried several times to load my 9mm ammo into this "universal" loader that can take both single and double stack 9mm and 40 cal. The directions say for double stack listen for two clicks. For single stake, align the magazine "the best you can". The 6 times I tried to load ammo, I could have loaded two magazines. Buyer beware, not worth it. Does NOT save time. ... show more

    • Keep it clean
My 9mm rounds started to drag and jam instead of flowing freely like it was doing for the first couple of clips. I used my girlfriends fingernail file (she hasn't looked at it since) smoothed out out the tracks, cleaned and a little oil Now it works great.....for now. Gotta keep it clean.

Love this thing. You got to be a little forceful when loading the clip with ammo. Be sure you place on a hard surface like a desktop or table top. Then just ram the ammo down. Pull the clip and your done I will add video soon.

    • Quicker to load mags by hand
Not that much to like about this product. The advertising makes it sound like a breeze to use, but in reality it saves no time and you might be lucky to get 2 shells loaded before it jams up. Even greasing where they said didn't help, and all that really did was grease up the rounds which could cause expansion problems in the chamber making firing them dangerous. ... show more

For anyone struggling to get this to work, pre load one round in you magazine by hand, then use this speed loader. It will work every time. It does need to be worn in a bit, so the first day 100 or so rounds might be a little stiff to push through. A drop of gun lube in the sliding mechanism makes this way better. Single stack, don’t bother, it’s a pain in the ass. Every time I break this out at the range people stare at me like I’m Houdini. It’s worth every penny. ... show more
