I purchased this to try it I usually buy Lancome, but I like how silky this feels when you put it on your eyes and the shade is very neutral, you actually wouldn't even have to wear eye shadow if you didn't want to, it seems to stay on well. I recommend it!!!!!

This is the most outstanding eye makeup base ever. HOWEVER...be forewarned, the little pot it comes in is bad for application. I had an old sponge-tip applicator in a tube from another brand of eye makeup base that I had almost completely used up, so I scooped up the Estee Lauder and little by little filled the applicator tube.
