I hardly ever write a review but I have to this time. Wow! I was skeptical yet hopeful this was a good mascara for the $. It did not disappoint. My lashes look amazing with this. My natural lashes are short, thin, and blonde, the trifecta of invisible lashes. I lived for years getting lash extensions twice a month, buying a name brand “look of lash extensions,” mascara, microbrush mascaras, you name it to not just see my lashes, but extend and darken the length. Love this Better Than Sex mascara! I’m highly impressed and a new customer for future orders.

...if this mascara is truly better than what it claims to be superior to. However, I can confidently say that this mascara is better than many other mascaras I've tried. I like long lashes that don't look clumpy or spidery, and this mascara helps me achieve that look. Fair warning, though: the bottle is rather small, especially for the price. (It IS travel-sized.) Also, make sure you wipe off the excess product onto a paper towel before you apply it to your lashes. The handful of times I didn't do that, the mascara looked a bit heavy on my lashes, and I had to comb through them with an eyelash separator. And then I got mascara smudges on my eyelids, and I almost cried because I knew it was going to be a bad make-up day, which are the worst kind of days. Anyway, I'd give this mascara a 4.5 out of 5! It's definitely one of the better ones I've used and a welcome addition to my make-up routine.

This makes your lashes so full and Lucious. Live thus brand. It’s a bit pricey but I highly recommend if you want thick, long and full lashes. A must purchase. I live it and I know you will too.

The first time I used it I purchased this mascara at Ulta. Which of course was about $10 more. (Not bashing Ulta I love them!) I had read reviews and there were so many positive comments. I have never been really happy with any mascara I’ve ever used and I’ve tried a lot! I have medium length lashes. Not too sparse but not very noticeable without mascara. I’ve tried almost every “Volume Enhancing” “Thickening” mascara out there. Nothing has ever worked like this mascara! With just several swipes there is instant volume and thickness. Of course I go over a few more times for full coverage. Sometimes I don’t even feel the need to wear liner if I’m not in the mood. This mascara does not clump or “bond” groups of lashes together- so annoying! I was SO SO happy with the results! Thank god! Because this was a not a cheap purchase from the store. It goes on evenly and smoothly. Very easy to remove. Just water with a little bit of cleanser and your lashes are clean. After a few months of using, I literally noticed my lashes had grown! No joke. I could even tell when I didn’t have mascara on. And it was really really noticeable when I put it on! Especially compared to when I first began using it. I’m 40 and that has never happened! I’m not sure why or what is in it that would promote the growth. I need to look it up. When I ran out tho, I was very very stupid. I was in a store one day and needed mascara badly and quickly. (I should have been more on top of it and ordered in advance) So I bought a volume mascara I had used before and reasoned that “it wasn’t that bad”. And of course it was cheaper. Was not happy! Not only was the quality nothing like this mascara, but my lashes got shorter and more sparse. Even with the mascara on. I actually lost lashes! I was definitely spoiled. I vowed after I got close to running out of the recently purchased mascara I would never use another mascara other than this one. I’m an overall thrifty shopper and if I buy it- especially cosmetics-and it is “doable” I’ll get my moneys worth lol. But when something is clearly worth the money, it’s worth it! I excitedly ordered and received my mascara. I was very happy with the price. It arrived quickly. The first time I swiped this amazing stuff on, I was so very happy! I had almost forgotten what a difference there was! The only thing I can say that I wish were different is after half a day at work about 3-4 hours of wearing it, i will have a little bit of a smudge under my bottom lashes. So it wears off a little. I guess that is because it isn’t waterproof. But If it were it may not glide on so smoothly and affect the anti clumping? So I’m not going to complain. A little smudge is not going to affect my love for this stuff! I am hoping and exited to see a difference in my natural lash growth. I will never purchase a different mascara again!!

I love this mascara in black, when I got a colour analysis i was told I was a true autumn and "dark brown is my black". This mascara isn't dark brown/almost black at all, it is very much a chocolate brown. With that said i think it's perrrrfect for day time, and with it being the normal BTS formula, its just the right amount of drama without being "too harsh" :)

I really really wanted to love this product and I don’t believe it’s the actual mascara that isn’t good but the brush is extremely big bulky and oddly shaped so you can’t get close to your lash line and it makes a mess. I even tried just using the end of it, but because it’s skinnier in the middle and then bigger on both of the ends, it is still impossible to properly coat your lashes. I’ve had too faced products before and I loved them so I had high expectations for the mascara, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to those and it’s almost impossible to use due to the brush. I’m tempted to just use another wand for when I use it but who wants to go through all of that especially for a mascara you paid $30 for

This is the only mascara I have found that works good for me. When I was traveling I wanted to have a more compact one to pack along and this was perfect. The specific brand is a little pricey, but for the quality of the product I find it to be worth it.
