I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to a large bottle of this so ordered the sample size first, and would recommend anybody questioning their shade or any allergic reactions to do the same. My former foundation preference was L'Oreal True Match in W3/Nude Beige and the Juice Beauty CC Cream in Warm Glow is a very similar shade. I found this product on the Petite Vour site, but I was able to get it quicker with Amazon Prime so that's why I ordered (and there was a small sample size). This foundation is a little thick and I highly recommend users follow the suggested application of putting on when face is wet. I jump out of the shower, dry off my face and add the foundation in ~3 inch lines on my cheeks, across forehead, down the line of my nose, and a dot on my chin and then rub it all in. If you try this while your skin is dry it won't be as easy to blend. It does get a little greasy looking after a few hours so I make sure to put mineral powder over the foundation before leaving the house (my skin is naturally oily so I can't say this is due to the foundation). The smell is noticeable at first but fades quickly. If you're looking for a safer foundation I recommend this one. I'm a 21-year old that's trying to take better care of my skin, and this stuff is pretty gorgeous. I will say, if you're even mildly tan, go one shade darker than you think you need- that's what I'm going to order next. Still, this stuff is blendable and really makes your skin look beautiful. Again, not for high coverage fans- but if you just want a base to put other products on, or want a little natural *glow* for your "I woke up like this" looks, this is worth the money.

I am returning this, it is so light that it makes me look embalmed. And I am fairly light skinned. The actual product color does not have any of the pink or skin color shades. it is basically like a off white cream.

This is the only EWG approved sunscreen that actually blends in really nicely with my olive skin tone (I use warm glow). I'm not into heavy foundation so this is actually enough to even out my skin tone and provide hydration. It would probably be too heavy for folks with oily skin but it's perfect for me (I have combination/sometimes dry skin). Only drawback is that it's a bit pricey (if you're using this for wrinkle prevention, you have to use a decent amount). I have an olive complexion and every other tinted sunscreen or CC cream I've tried that provides adequate UVA protection are way too light or are too orange. This is the only American sunscreen with good UVA protection (according to EWG.org) that I don't HATE.

I know how not "politically correct" what I am about to say is, but I *hate* sunscreen. I find most of them heavy and sticky, and they usually result in breakouts (and I am a woman in my 50s....long since past the vulnerability to hormonal fluctuations which can lead to acne). And, since I have an olive skin tone, I would often go without sunscreen. Until I found this product. When I am going to be in the sun for any length of time, I happily reach for this and apply it to my face. It works well as far as protection from the dark blotches, about which I do get concerned, and my face doesn't feel heavy, pasty, or sticky...and the best thing is no, none, nothing, in the way of breakouts or skin reactions! It is pricey, but for my money, it is well worth the investment. When I am going to be in the sun, I don't go anywhere without it.

I really like the CC cream, mostly because it has an SPF rating of 30. It's a bit shiny but with a touch of powder or blush, it's fine. Coverage is ok, not great. To improve it, I bought the Phyto-pigments illuminating primer. That helped a bit and it gives a nice glow. I also tried the photo-pigments flawless serum foundation thinking it would cover better, but it was very chalky. I tried several different shades but none of them were any better than the combination of CC cream and the illuminating primer.
