This chair is built for a very small person/child. I felt like I was being squeezed to death. Tried to return it but it is a no return item. We even contacted the maker they said mail it to us which is $400 or sell it. It’s everywhere and they said they would give us $100 for this chair if we returned it. Who’s going to buy A nonrefundable reclining chair adult recliner. They said the best way maybe just keep it I will try to sell it myself. I do not want a chair and no one fits in. Quiet, Excellent Quality, and Locks at spot when you Stop. I love the plush padding, heat & massage. After my surgery, I am extremely glad I chose one with 2 cup/phone holders & USB chargers because of how much time spent in chair. Great Value with many same features of high cost recliners at 1/3rd cost with wide 22.5 inch seat. Only drawback thus far is my short arms. I added seat protector with extra pockets so I could reach "stuff" (before I added rolling table to "work"). 💯🙂 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chair worked nicely for my mom. It was $300.00 cheaper than a lift chair sold in a nearby pharmacy which specialized in home are products. However, the assembly was just o.k., because the wiring was a little tricky. I tried to show the massage function in the video, but I'm not sure that came through though. We purchased two of these chairs ahead of a surgery that I was going to be having. They were super easy to assemble and with two cupholders and a USB port built-in it makes it so that you don’t have to get up as much. We had no problem with height or white weight my husband and I are both fairly tall and heavier people and we both love these chairs we bought one for me but ended up getting one for him too. My doctor actually recommended that we shop Amazon for a lift chair rather than at medical supply stores. I read reviews for several brands and decided to order this chair. My son was able to assemble it in less than an hour. My husband loves it and I take my turn with heated massage while he naps. So far it is awesome for the price. The massage is not equal to a "spa" chair, but the price is about one tenth of that spa chair! I highly recommend this chair to anyone who needs a lift chair. While not high fashion it is comfortable and looks nice. The faux leather wipes clean easily too. This is important as my husband has a tremor and spills easily. Easily assembled, everything slides in tracks, heat, massage zones down to the calves, 2 cup holders and 2 USB ports, it feels over stuffed, so comfy! I’m 5’7 and when the chair is fully reclined my feet don’t dangle over the edge; that’s a big plus for me. The lifting and seating action is gentle and you can stop at various degrees of recline as you need. I’ve only had my chair for a week or so, I’ll keep you posted if anything changes, but so far, I’m really happy with my choice. ... show more

    • It does not have separate controls for feet and head. So not as much custom adjustment.
Very comfy loved the massage and heat. But not total custom comfort as your control takes every thing back or forwards at once, so you are not able to separately adjust feet or head.
