Keep in mind i went from a super cheap recliner that was falling apart to this guy. Anything would have felt better after the other one lol. In all reality this is a pretty good chair for the price. The massage function is pointless to me it just vibrates and I don't even feel it to be honest, My wife is smaller and she can barely feel it too. The heat function works great, that is my wifes favorite part about the chair, no more heating pad. and the comfort is pretty good. I do like that it swivels although I hate that it swivels if you know what I mean. it great when you want it but feel like i drift over to the side a lot at times. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I’ve been wanting a recliner for years but they’re not cheap. I finally decided I was getting myself one for Christmas. I spent days on here trying to find the perfect one at a decent price. I did not want to pay $500+. The reviews on this one are mixed but I kept coming back to this one. I am glad I got this recliner. It looks nice and looks so much better in my living room than the previous chair I had. It’s not super overstuffed fluffy comfy but it is comfortable. It rocks, it swivels, it fully reclines. The “massager” is really just different modes of vibration but it’s still nice. If you want to pay $4k for a chair that actually knead massages more power to you. There are several different modes you can choose. I like auto because it cycles through all of the modes. It has a heat function which is really nice and useful in the winter. You can set a timer for how long you want to massage and or heat. The box it came in was pretty heavy. Thankfully my daughter was home and was able to help me get it into the house. Everything was shoved into the bottom of the chair and some things took a lot of all of your weight to pull them out. The back of the chair was vacuum sealed so I cut that open and let it fluff up while putting the rest of the chair together. The instructions are easy and it wasn’t difficult to put together. The only thing I asked for help with was putting the arm covers on. It was easier with 2 people. It did not take long at all to put together. Everything just slips into place. The arms are the only thing that takes full on assembly. Once those are done like I said everything just slides into place. ... show more

Ordered this chair for my dad after a medical procedure required him to stay at a certain angle at all times, and limited walking. A recliner was recommended and I landed on this one. Heated, massage, and reclines (for both the required angle and for getting his feet elevated since he couldn't walk). I should have know better, but didn't want to spend a fortune on a chair. Plus with it being winter, and him only being a 115 pounds, I thought this was a good idea because it was heated and the message feature may help with recovery. The instructions for set up were fine. My sister and I got it together relatively quick. A few parts for the arms were faulty (welding in place on an angle), so we had to leave a few of the plastic pieces off. Got it together, tried it out. The heat worked, but the massage is a joke. My sister described it best, it just sounds like a loud cat purring. There isn't even a vibration. I brushed it off. Oh well, no massage and the arms don't have all the support pieces, we could get through that. I had to have something ASAP. And then day 2, the foot rest started falling. I can't image at 115 pounds it was because of his weight. There is no reason that it should be falling immediately. We were forced to put objects underneath the foot rest to keep it up. I was left with no choice but to buy a second chair from a store, because I could not trust ordering one online again. ... show more

The recliner was easy to assemble, and seems to be sturdy. The frame is all metal, and has plenty of support. The massage and heating functions are a nice touch, and function as they should. However, there are a few things to be aware of. First, the recliner did not come with rubber feet, and the base is metal. It works fine on carpet, but for hardwood or laminate floors you'll need to purchase furniture feet and install them. It does have bolt holes for feet, but they weren't in the box. The primary thing is this recliner is SMALL. It looks much larger in the pictures than it actually is, and measuring really doesn't give you a clear picture of the size unless you have something to compare those measurements to. It would be fine for people with a smaller stature, but I'm 6'1 and well over 200lbs. It's just not very comfortable for me, and my head rises way above the back. My kids love it, though. I'm giving this recliner to my teenage son and purchasing another one for myself. ... show more

Very comfortable and I enjoy all the features. Only issue I had was because I’m only 4’10” tall it was difficult for me to close the foot rest by pushing my legs down. I Googled about that issue and it advised to turn the recliner upside down and adjust the spring. That still did not resolve the issue for me so a friend removed the spring and now I am able to retract the leg rest part by pressing down.with my legs. Since the spring is removed the lever by the seat for retracting does not work, however that in no way affects how the recliner operates. Hoping this review helps others with retracting issues because this recliner is awesome! ... show more
