I ordered two of these chairs one for home and one for our summer house. When they arrived I put the first one together right away and it was extremally easy to do. The motor on these are chairs are extremally quite, you can not hear them run at all. I did run to an issue with the remote wire connections that control the heat and message that didn't fit together. After a couple of emails to the seller, they sent out the correct remote and it took two seconds to plug it and we where off and running. very comfortable and the price was very reasonable. We purchased two of these chairs for my older parents. My dad has knee and hip issues and my mom suffers from Parkinson's. The chair makes it very easy for my dad to get my mom in and out of her chair and for him to get up and down as well without all the added extra pain in his knees and hip.     • What was broke is fixed and decent
Upper part of my chair broke. The company via email [from china] remedied the problem by sending an entire new upper chair in a completely reasonable amount of time [from Georgia] . Problem solved. Exceptional customer service when something went wrong. Seat is reasonably comfortable aside from the hidden massage buzzers which would be ineffective if they had to pad more. I live how the buzzing massage when it stops... I falling asleep as if I have been soothed to sleep. There are 5 buzz zones...even your legs. Doesn't recline flat but very close. Many a snooze so far in my chair. Didn't like the protective liner, sold separately. I got four my shedding dogs. It falls when the chair reclines and became a nuisance. Save your 35 on that piece. Otherwise happy enough. Probably get less bells and whistles on next chair when I need one. One more note. When my chair broke it was locked in lift position and there was no easy to lower it until the new part arrived. This was confirmed through my email with anj. We have had the chair less than 60 days and the frame has already bent listing the chair to the right. The motor has also slowed down considerably from the first week on. I have been conversing with the seller and have provided photos and video of the product. At first, they offered $40 toward getting it repaired. Then they offered a replacement part (although they didn't know what part they needed to send). Then they offered a replacement chair. However, with all the very bad reviews on the chairs breaking, I intuited that I would be dealing with another broken chair within a few weeks to a couple of months and am not interested. I have requested a full refund of the purchase price. In my opinion, from my experience and reading similar reviews, this chair is very substandard and actually dangerous. My husband is facing surgery which is why we purchased the chair. If this had broken after his surgery, it could have caused him very serious injury. I am not pleased nor, to this point, well served. While their communication is very friendly, they have given me the run-around with their offers and requests for more information. I spent several hours trying to create a video that would actually send since the "host" removes links from cloud access. Not whining or giving a sob story, but people buy lift chairs because they need a lift chair, not because they are lazy. I am disabled and my husband has cancer and is facing surgery soon. So their idea of me repairing the chair with a part was beyond ridiculous. This chair should be off the market. The potential for a serious injury with this chair a sad potential. ... show more

    • Stopped working after 6 months
At 1st it seemed like the perfect chair for my mother in law 94years old. But after 6 months it just stopped working. We checked all of the wiring everything connected properly. She is only 140lbs. The material is lovely, seemed made well. But now she has a lift chair that doesn't work.

I was shocked how easy these chairs were for my husband to put together and he has a bad arm shoulder back and 2 bad knees. Very comfortable. I personally have to use this chair to sleep in and everything but it has heat in the chair and massage. Way less money spent on a lift chair bought at a cheap store and it was well over $1,000 where that owner fat man on TV that says will never gets you over a few bucks. whatever store that is. They are extra wide,heat massage. Nice color. I paid about 700 dollars less than the one that I did buy at that cheap furniture store in Oklahoma City. ... show more

This recliner is just about perfect. Easy to assemble (make sure the arms lock in tight before attaching the back). I am very short (about 5') so my feet don't touch the floor when just sitting--making it imperative to raise the leg rest a bit so my legs/feet don't hang. But that is a typical "problem" for me. The back isn't too high, though, which is good. I don't have to use the electric lift to get out of the chair, yet, so can't comment about that feature. It's a relief to know I will have that capability if and when I need it. The upholstry is great and the design is unique, unlike polyester upholstry that pills terribly. The price is right and so far, so good! My grandkids were impressed, too. ... show more
