    • Great chair for the price, reasonably comfortable
As this is a manual chair, there's a pull handle to extend out the recliner. It's very snappy when you pull it. You closed manually with your legs. The "massage" feature is nothing more than varying vibrations, but it's acceptable. The heat is about 1 "bacon" (1 heat level in a normal car heated eat). The pockets are nice, can hold a lot. Cup holders are great, one for my phone and one for a beer. :D I've had this chair for about a month now, and no complaints. ... show more

    • Do not purchase
We bought 2 chairs for Christmas we decided we didn’t like them because they do not close properly and don’t fit our living room space. We submitted a return and the company told us we weren’t closing it hard enough, so we tried harder still didn’t close. The “massage” feature is nothing but vibrations that do absolutely nothing. When returning you have to pay to ship it back. It will cost us MORE than we paid for the chairs to ship them back. Completely disappointed in this purchase. ... show more

    • Zero customer service after 6 month warranty
I had a few issues with this chair right from the beginning. The upper massage feature made a lot of squeaking noise. Also, it’s very hard to get the recliner to retract. But what threw me over the edge is that when I moved offices, I lost the power cord. I was happy to buy a new power cord. But they will not even discuss it with me because it’s outside of the six month warranty. ... show more
