Sure wish I could sit on this couch to test if it’s as decent as it looks, but I wasn’t able to get past step 1 on the instructions. There are supposed to be 3 left metal plates and 3 right plates. As you can see in the photos, I received 5 left and only 1 right, meaning that assembling this couch is impossible. I repeat, there is NO way to put this thing together without those pieces. I’ve contacted the manufacturer directly with no response. I also reached out to Amazon’s AI bot manning customer support now, which claimed that it nudged the manufacturer on my behalf; of course, there is no way of proving this, as I received no confirmation that my message was sent or received by the manu or by someone at Amazon. Maybe a living, breathing representative might have been able to help me resolve the issue better—imagine that! So with zero communication and a single right plate, I’m sitting on a human-sized dog bed with couch parts laying useless around my living room. What’s more, I can’t even send the couch back without further guidance from Amazon because the cushions came vacuum sealed. There’s no way I’ll be able to fit them back in the mere two boxes it came in. Disappointment doesn’t even begin to describe this whole thing. I don’t know what to do at this point beyond writing this review (and if this doesn’t get anybody’s attention, disputing the charge with my bank!). If you decide to order this couch, just treat it like taking an obnoxious 50+ piece, $500 craps shoot. Maybe you’ll luck out or maybe you’ll find yourself ordering a dog bed for you and yours to wait on until someone deigns to give you some customer service. UPDATE (after contacting Amazon AI again): Apparently the manufacturer sent me a message through the Amazon message center on 7/3. (Amazon, it might be nice if you actually notify your customers when they have a message and make the center easy to find.) The manu claimed that I was sent pieces D-R in package J and asked if I was missing D-L. I AM ABSOLUTELY NOT MISSING D-L; I have enough D-Ls to last me a lifetime. I need 2 D-Rs. Manu requested a photo so they know what pieces to send me. After poring over the other one-star reviews and seeing similar complaints about customer service, I asked the manufacturer to give me an ETA on when the pieces will ship. Will update with their response.

This couch has really impressed me. I’ve had it for a few months and was a bit skeptical at first. I thought the materiel would maybe be a problem as it felt soft and thin. I have dogs and worried they would tear the materiel with their nails. NOPE. They rough house on it all the time while I’m yelling at them to get off and not a single tear. I’m really mostly impressed with the materiel. Not only has it withstood the rough housing I don’t allow but the dogs do anyways, it’s easy to clean and lifts about anything. Muddy paws on the couch, cleans right up! My boyfriend accidentally spilled a whole glass of red wine. The red wine came right up! My dog decided to find a sharpie and create artwork all over the couch, the sharpie ink came right up!! Best friend spilled paint on the couch, came right up! I’m about to not let a soul touch this couch anymore as I’m tired of cleaning it up, but at least it can be cleaned!!

This was the perfect size for our small basement apartment. It pulls out for a bed and has great storage. It’s very easy to convert into a bed and very comfortable. The charging port, side pockets, and cupholders make this the perfect couch for our tiny space. It’s nice to have an extra bed down there when it’s needed.

Easy to assemble, cute, and comfy. Assembly is a two person job, but very easy to assemble. It came in four boxes, this sofa is great for small spaces I have a small living room and it fits perfectly without taking up too much space

I bought the brown “leather” couch and it is suede and looks absolutely nothing like the photos. It is very cheaply made, flimsy, and not worth purchasing at all.

Pretty easy assembly, was missing one of the pullout sleeper wheels. Back cushions have virtually no padding but are the same size of a queen bed pillow so I added a pillow to each, much more comfortable Not the most comfortable couch but looks pretty decent!
