Description

The Rockville RCS80-1 60 Watt 70V/100V Commercial Amplifier with Bluetooth 5.0 is a versatile audio solution designed for restaurants, offices, schools, and other business environments. Engineered to support both high-voltage distributed systems and standard low-impedance setups, it delivers 60 watts of power at 70V/100V and also supports 4-ohm, 8-ohm, and 16-ohm speaker configurations. Bluetooth 5.0 enables wireless streaming from mobile devices, while built-in USB and SD card inputs, FM tuner, dual RCA AUX inputs, and two 1/4" microphone inputs offer multiple playback options. Each mic input has its own volume control for tailored use during announcements or presentations. Additional features include RCA REC output for recording or external routing, adjustable bass and treble controls, and a high signal-to-noise ratio (>79dB) with wide frequency response (10Hz-22.8kHz) for clean, high-fidelity audio. It works fine, sounds good but not too loud. Cause distortion at higher volume levels and has something that didnt worked for me and is that when you use the mic it automatically lowers the volume of the music. it may work for some applications but it is important to be aware of it if you need (like me) to keep the music volume while using the mic. ... show more

The fan on this thing screams like a banshee. It's been doing this since day one. I called Rockville customer support and they claim there must be too much load. There is not. The fan sounds just like a PC cooling fan after it has seen better days and needs to be replaced.     • Beware, rack ears do not have standard holes and amp has Low power output!

As far as design, switch and connection layout, it is quite nice. 70 volt Power output is barely at the rated 60 watts, there is NO headroom! Overall sound quality is not very clean. I purchased several of these in 2022 for installations. Aux input #1 did not work on one of them, Bluetooth did not work on another and card reader did not work on yet another. I was too late to get a refund, we did not test them upon arrival, I wish I had! They will all have to be replaced. And here's the best part, the holes in the rack ears are not standard! They do not match any common rack hole configuration! What a stupid yet excessively annoying thing to miss! Come On, you guys should be way better than this, I have used a lot of your products, mostly good, but these are a real disappointment, wow! ... show more
