    • Good value for the money
I'm very happy with this chair, we bought it for my Mom who has Alzheimers and doesn't help us get her out of her chair anymore. We can lift her part way then have her assist or we can lift her all the way up and she just has to lean forward and she's standing. It's very quiet, moves slow so no one gets scared, very comfortable and supportive. We bought the fake leather we thought it would be easier to keep clean and it is, just wipe off. It's not slippery either we put a pad under Mom and it stays put even when she gets out of the chair. It's made our lives just a little easier. Wish we bought this chair months ago but put of looking cause I thought they were too expensive and $1,000's. This was well worth the money. We tried out the message a couple times, it's not over powering very gentle but we don't use it much and we haven't tried out the heat yet. We really only wanted it to lift but happy we can get a message and warmed up after a long day. It was easy to put together, I'd suggest 2 people, the base is heavy to move around probably because of the metal frame but that's half the reason I picked this model. Everything was color coordinated making it very easy to hook up both remotes, heat, message and lift. The remotes are easy to use, and we leave them in the side pocket so no one plays with them and we can find them quickly. ... show more

This chair will make a beautiful addition to a living room or bedroom. It was fairly easy to assemble, considering we didn't find the directions until the chair was fully assembled. The directions were stuck under the base of the chair. The reclining & lift functions work smoothly & flawlessly. I can't say the same for the massage functions... THEY SUCK. All these functions do, is shake you up & makes a lot of noise... and I mean a lot. All in all, I like the way the recliner looks in my bedroom & I have no more energy to keep returning flawed items to Amazon. UPDATE: I prematurely left a review, before using the recliner for a few days. Although, cosmetically, it's a nice chair, it's very uncomfortable & unforgiving on your rear-end. There's really not enough padding & you can feel the wood underneath your rear while sitting. I'm truly considering returning it. ... show more

This is a terrific chair!! I got it for my 99-yr old Mama who lives with me. She absolutely loves it! It’s a terrific value for the money, I’d say even better than her very fancy electric chair at my primary residence. It was easily assembled, it’s easy for Ma to operate, and it’s the perfect size for her. My family couldn’t be happier!! It’s also very solid and fits her body size perfectly. This gets an A+ from us!! And the quality of faux leather is very strong and good. She is well supported in this chair and also comfortable. We do put a pillow at her back because she is tiny, but she is extremely happy with it!!!! (We also love the color~a darkish teal) ... show more

It shows fine. I have complained to third party shopper asking for complete refund. I have asked Amazon for complete refund: no response as of 12/04/20 The problem: After sitting 15 minutes it is like sitting on concrete. The hardware they use for massage are hard, the lack quality padding. I have used many recliners in the last 50+ years, I have never sat in such a hard chair. It does NOT match the description in the Amazon catalog. I am close to 90 and it is hard onmy butt! I am also retired wholesale sales in this kind of product in my opinion it does not meet industry standards. Update: Lyft mechanism stopped working. Upon inspection, welds were insufficient penetration into steel. I want my money back now! I NEED A RESPONSE IN MINIMUM 5 DAYS Stop sending adds on recliners, my experience you do not stand behind your products. Repeatedly I have asked to resolve the complaint on the recliner I purchased in Nov 2020 and asked to returned because it did not match your copy your third-party vendor tried to bribe me not to tell the truth about the junk the shipped. I started purchasing used books the first year Jeff went in business until the last 12 months I have had no complaints. But now he is shirking his responsibility as a retailer! The color is gorgeous, not being leather I hope the fabric holds up. I replaced my old recliner with this one. Motor is quiet, fits well and not to big. I hope it will last at least 5 years. Easy to assemble. Definitely recommend this recliner

We purchased this for my elderly mother to help her stand during transfer to her powered scooter. As she is still able to hold onto the arms and help herself up to move, the arms were too "squishy" for her to grab hold. We have kept the chair if needed in the future when we need to transfer without her help. ... show more
