This chair is huge! I love it and it completes our living room nicely. It’s very firm but it’s a good firm. Instructions were very simple to understand took me about an hour to put together. Got two to replace a couch in an RV. Fairly easy to assemble with two people. They are rather stiff, but not uncomfortable if you like a firm chair. We do. Therefore, the be is firm too. could be uncomfortable sleeping, but have mattress pads to add when needed.

The media could not be loaded. This couch is incredible. When we purchased the couch shipping said it would take over a week but we ended up getting it in about two-four days. Came in two separate boxes and each where delivered at a different day (just be aware of this.) It took us less than 30 minutes to assemble it and we couldn't be happier with the results. We chose the color Beige and as you can see it goes perfectly in our little corner nook space. The chair can transform into a couch and it's really easy to do (watch the video attached to this.) We love that it can convert to a sleeper sofa and the back is even adjustable to different heights, so if you want to lie fully down you can, or you can prop it up half way. The side pockets are adorable and can fit books, remotes, magazines, chip bag for snacking, anything you'd like. We can't believe the quality of this chair for the price. It's big enough to sit in with one of my kids and it's great for when we have guests come and stay or if someone just wants a middle of the day nap. Purchased this chair to mostly use as a sleeper for house guests. Arrived in three boxes and assembly was easy. One of the arm rest panels had a 2" tear in the fabric that the company put a loose patch on that fell off as soon as I opened the box. The tear was well hidden once assembled so I gave it a shot. The cushions are very stiff which is not terrible as a chair. The big problem was trying to use it as a sleeper. The metal box frame has two cross bars that dig into your hip and shoulder when laying on it and makes it extremely uncomfortable. Several of the reviews I read before purchasing said they used a mattress pad to make it more comfortable but it would take another thin mattress to keep from feeling the frame bars. Even a 90 pound teenager could not sleep on it with a padded mattress topper. I attempted to return the item since it said FULL refund in 30 days on the items listing but the company said I would have to pay for the expensive shipping and a 20% re-stocking fee. When I requested a copy of their return policy since it appeared different than the one listed with the product they just offered me a $20 discount and said since it was too expensive to ship that I should try to sell it myself. Repeated attempts to return the item for a full refund were refused by AECOJOY-US. Bottom line, the chair/sleeper is cheaply made, VERY uncomfortable, arrived with some damage and the companies customer service is non-existent. ... show more

If it seems to good to be true, it is. This chair does in fact convert very easily to a “bed.” It was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough. But it’s not comfortable. At all. No matter how you sit or lay on it. And while it probably looks nice in some settings, it’s not meant to go with more quality furniture. I agonized over choosing the right sleeper chair and this was the result of my research. Backstory: we moved out of our house and were staying at a hotel for several weeks while we were moving state. The room slept four and we had five of us. It arrived in two parts and was easily assembled. My 6’3” som slept on it every night for three weeks until his new apartment was ready. He had the opportunity to swap or take turns with his two brothers but he chose to use the chair bed each night. I chose it bc it has arms so you don’t fall out, it also passes easily for a normal chair. Only one quick, easy movement to slide the foot extension back under the chair and you just lift the chair back with one hand back into the seating position! My son took the chair with him to his one bed apartment so he can have friends stay over. I couldn’t recommend this more highly! ... show more

Tip for assembly to make it easier to align holes: Insert only a few screws & don't tighten completely, only enough to secure. Then, Turn chair on its side so front side of arms face up. Once on its side, insert remaining screws then tighten all other screws. I contemplated purchasing this chair bed. But I'm glad I did. It's perfect. Purchased yellow, which is a nice shade of yellow btw. The reviews are true, its tuff to assemble because a few holes don't align well. Once you get past that, its not too bad. Had to request instructions from seller by email. They replied same day!! The chair is true to the pictures as advertised, including the pillows! I love that it's versatile for sitting, laying back at different angles, and sleeping flat. It's a spacious wide seat area yet doesn't take up a lot of space. Perfect extra bed for guests. Also sturdy & well made. Bonus: fabric has hidden velcro so you can remove for cleaning. Recommend it! ... show more
