I have to say, I was a bit hesitant to purchase the KraftGeek stand after reading some negative reviews about the remote not working and the magnet not being strong enough. But I decided to take a chance and I am so glad I did. I have only had the stand for less than 4 hours and I have already taken some of my best selfies with it. The remote works perfectly fine for me and the magnet is plenty strong enough to hold my phone securely in place. I also love the white option of the stand, it looks sleek and modern on my desk. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend the KraftGeek stand to anyone looking for a reliable and stylish option for taking selfies.     • A great replacement for my last tripod
This was exactly what I thought it would be. Its a little bit heavier and bulkier than the last one I had however it extends much taller and can hold phone portrait and landscape with phone centered (my last one made phone off center when in portrait which made tripod tip). The mount is also very secure which my last one was not. I love that the clicker is rechargeable (hate ones that require changing batteries) and had no problem connecting with my phone. I don't feel like any of these lightweight tripods do well in windy conditions so just be aware of that when purchasing (i always just lay a rock, bag or a water bottle on the legs for extra support). Overall this is great for people who are solo travellers and want a way to get incredible photos without having to ask strangers to take them. ... show more
