This is GREAT value for my very 1st machine. Personally I have 28 different methods of making my brew. 5 grinder/3 scales and that said I do know about making coffees. This product has been with me 1 year now. It is a FANTASTIC starter machine with everything you need to learn the ins and outs of espresso making for your home.....And I do mean EVERYTHING ya need. Doing espresso is a huge trial and error thing, IE: beans,dose,extraction but with some practice and patients you can be very satisfied. If anyone is interested in trying their hand at making espresso, I strongly suggest this product. (side note) Their customer support is second to none. Excellent and very helpful. Do your research folks and i believe that most would agree that this machine is WELL WORTH IT. I am quite happy with the purchase. Once you figure out the correct settings, making a cup of expresso is quick and easy. The machine heats up real fast. I with the Hot water feature was a little faster, but this is not what I purchased this unit to do all the time.

I bought this for my hubby 13 months ago. He is very pleased with this machine. We were worried it was going to turn out to be a mediocre machine, but we are both pleasantly surprised to see how well it turned out to be. He has never had a problem with it until earlier this month when the water tube started having problems. He learned it’s because he’s supposed to descale it every 6 months, since he didn’t know, he never did and the tube got clogged. Once he descaled it, it was back to normal. Now he keeps enjoying his freshly brewed coffee every morning…and afternoon. Plus, it comes with a lot of gadgets, more than he will ever use. ... show more

Very happy with my purchase. The only one thing I wish it could do, is froth my milk same time the espresso shot is being poured. Letting the shot sit, while I froth the milk, affects the shot from sitting too long. Other than this feature not being available, I love my new machine...hits the spot every time! There is a learning curve, via trial and error to find just the right level of grind that works best for you. ... show more

This is a very bad machine. To start with, the buttons in the front are very flimsy. The menu is nothing but a cheapened with options that you will find in a drip coffee machine. The grinder is working but fine tuning is not. The finer grind is not different than the medium. The pimp is not what you will find in a good machine. No pressure to get a good extraction, regardless of how fine you grind the coffee or tamper it. Never was able to get crema (yes I have used espresso machine before). The steam wand is working ok. Returning this item. It's really bad for the environment that the resources wasted to produce this machine. ... show more

When the machine arrived the grinder wouldn’t work customer service was great and they quickly shipped another one after trying to troubleshoot with my husband. However, can’t seem to get a good crema on top of each shot no matter the settings and fresh beans. It’s very loud and I don’t think it’s worth the price you pay. Also it slings the grind everywhere annd makes a HUGE mess. Again customer service was amazing just not satisfied with the machine itself. ... show more

This espresso machine is terrible. All the accessories are so cheap. The coffee tastes horrible and you have to use a lot of beans just to get a good pull. My old breville was far more superior coffee and I’ve had this machine since April 2023, I’ve tried so hard to make decent coffee and this is not it. Don’t waste your time!!
