I started in photography over 5 decades ago. In that time I came to associate the name VIVITAR with high quality, economical alternatives to the expensive camera offerings. This lense is NOT representative of my expectations from VIVITAR. Focus? Terrible! Quality? Lense WOBBLE. I don't expect this from VIVITAR. Declining quality will be the company's downfall.

Saw some negative reviews on the product but purchased it anyway. It clearly states that this is a manual lens. It fits perfectly and after taking some shots with and without the 2x magnifier/adapter found that it takes very good pics. You set your camera to manual mode and basically treat it like any other lens. I like it and it was worth the price. Note that I am an amateur photographer so persons with more experience than me might have a different point of view. Bottom line, its a keeper.
