The media could not be loaded. Great steal at this price. The automatic grinder is super convenient to use. Put the power catcher ring on top of the portafilter and incert it under the grinder holder, then simply press the portafiler handle down and you will get the perfectly grinded coffee. But I don't follow the suggested grinding scale by the instruction. For espresso, I put the scale at around 2, which gives me the almost perfect flavor. The only minor downside is: 1. The instruction is not as clear as you would wish. 2. The tamper is slightly smaller than the portafilter basket, but I am buying a good one to use anyways. Both of the downsides are not affecting any of the real function of this espresso machine. Highly recommend!

The grinder and the pump are very loud, I'm afraid to use it before 7 am. The user interface is a little clumsy but in the end it makes surprisingly good espresso with decent crema. It took me a little while to figure out how to use it properly but now I'm enjoying pretty good lattes in the morning. The build quality is okay but I don't expect it to last for many years.

Super easy to use! The LED display makes it simple to pick what I want. it’s pretty forgiving even if the coffee grind isn’t perfect, I guess the steam is strong enough. I switched from Nespresso capsule to this machine everyday now, I realize it saves me tons of money, great little investment.

I used to spend a lot of money at coffee shops, but ever since I bought this espresso machine, I no longer need to go out for my daily coffee fix—it has saved me so much money! Now, I can make a fresh cup of espresso anytime I want, right at home. The machine is super easy to use. When you first get it, I recommend starting with the 3-5 grind level suggested in the manual to find your preferred grind size and coffee amount while getting familiar with the operation. After a few tries, you’ll be able to brew a cup that perfectly suits your taste with ease. On top of that, the design is absolutely stunning. The stainless steel finish gives it a premium look and elevates my kitchen’s overall aesthetic. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase!

I’ve been really enjoying this machine for my morning caffeine ritual. It makes a solid Americano or espresso better than the brand name coffee shops. Also the retro enhances the flavor (don't ask me how it just does). It'll be my daily driver for many mornings to come.

I bought it thinking I was really going to enjoy it had a lot of features I wanted. But after reading everything through the temperature says 148°, 158° and 168° Fahrenheit. That's not even close to the temperature espresso should be brewed at the highest temperature setting is 38° short of ideal temperature. Why would they even release an espresso machine that brewed espresso this cold. I was so happy but now I don't even want to open it. If you plan on purchasing this item make sure you keep this in mind. If I rub my hands together fast enough I probably create more heat than the highest temperature of this machine 😂 I'm really torn on what to do but almost likely return it cuz for the almost $400 after you get the warranty, it needs at least be ideal temperatures. Too bad other than that it looked perfect.
