GREAT PRODUCT for the price. We originally had a name brand espresso machine and the customer service was awful when something on our machine broke. We returned it and got this one, not knowing anything about it because there weren't many reviews. WE LOVE IT. It does everything we needed and functions so well. It does take some time to get the bean grinding right and the tamping but that's with every good espresso machine. We are very happy with this purchase and the brand seems great!

This machine is great. I do wish the instructions were more clear. I feel like some steps are skipped in the instructions, especially if you are an amateur. But, I love making drinks at home and enjoy the creativity provided to really be your own barista.

I like this espresso maker because of its simple controls, and compact design. Everything was packaged really securely and nice, but the only issue I had with it was the amount of noise and vibration created when it's operating. I literally have to hold my espresso cup in place or it vibrates out of position and the espresso will miss the cup. That's actually really annoying, and for all of its nice, compact features, I can only give it three stars. Perhaps my particular unit is unusual, but I am not sure how confidently I can recommend it because of this one issue.
