    • Shots pulled aren't even.
I like that this is a straight-forward appliance. It looks nice, although I wish it came in more color options. It's quite simple to use, but there is no level and the machine leaks before shots like crazy. For mine, it always starts to pull on the right side first. For 3+ seconds. I have to stand there and wait to place the shot glasses when the left side starts pulling. And that makes a mess every time, since the bottoms of my shot glasses always end up covered in espresso, and even waiting to place the shot glasses doesn't ensure that the right side won't overflow. I'm uncertain why it's so uneven. It makes me very sad. I feel like I'm just accustomed to legitimate espresso machines, as I've worked with both manual and automatic espresso machines in a few different café settings. The machine does provide what I feel is an adequate heart, body, and crema. I favor iced drinks, so I've only used the steam wand once. It seemed to make enjoyable foam, but if I recall correctly it wasn't perfect microfoam. I think it might be a great steam wand for someone who hasn't been a barista. I bought this product on Prime day, and my husband and I love it! If you follow the how-to videos that come with the machine, it’s easy to use. Actual coffee is hard to drink anymore because this espresso is so delicious! The steam wand is fun to use, but you do have to keep it clean. We highly recommend! ... show more

I am unable to make this machine work. It will act like it’s going to work but no water comes out. I have reached out to the company and received some guidance (that did not solve the problem). If this gets corrected I will update my review.
