Please make sure the water tank is placed correctly. 2. For first time use, please follow the user guide. 3. When the water tank is empty and refill the tank, please release steam for 5-10 seconds before using the brewing function normally. Why isn’t the temperature of the coffee hot enough? If your coffee doesn’t taste hot enough, it may be caused by not running a pre-heating cycle before brewing. Please try pre-heating the brew head, tubes, portafilter, and your mug by brewing a double espresso without adding any ground coffee. The cold brew works very well that’s why I wanted this unit. I am not disappointed.

The cold brew is a winner absolutely and it does make wonderful crème with fresh ground coffee. That’s why I bought it for the cold brew to many espresso machines are missing that feature that’s vital in hot summer weather. Grab yourself one if that’s important to you. The one downside is it’s a 51 mm puck and so the screens don’t really fit as well as they should and the holder for the screens, the puck and so they’re loose now they have made a provision in the handle that you can put once the screen has a little bump in place and you put this black handle on the screen you can turn it upside down in the trash and dump the coffee grounds however it’s loose and I just wish it fit better. I wish they’d make it 54 mm 58 so that we could use other pucks in it if that’s the only way they can figure out how to make the screen sit there that would be an improvement that it needs at least go to something that is more mainstream so we can get a decent screen and puck but the coffee machine works. It works great and what’s in the cup is very good. You don’t have to worry it’s body it’s got flavor it’s delicious and if you know how to make cold brew, you get your ice ready and you put your syrup of choice in it. You get yourself about two double shots in your cup and then you put 2% milk over the top of it and then stir it in very delicious. Very good quality cold brew and you know that’s hard to get or else you’re gonna wait 12 hours in your refrigerator or on the counter or somewhere I don’t want extra container when this thing makes the cold brew that it does. That’s the only thing I mean it’s really good at cold brew It’s got. Cold brew down pat. Another tip that I like when I travel sometimes I don’t wanna bring a grinder or I don’t wanna bring beans you know Barnett makes these flavored coffee pods. They go on their pads. It’s so much coffee and it’s in a filter top and bottom and it’s sealed around the edges and Barnett makes that and those fit in any espresso machine. If you just want to quickly do this and you don’t wanna have grinds all over the place you can just pop one of those in there and they fit and they make you a delicious cup of coffee and it’s organic coffee and I use the French vanilla but they’ve got mini flavors and they’ve got standard coffee if you don’t want flavored but it’s Barnett and it’s sold on Amazon and you can get it. It’s real good coffee, coffee pods and I’m gonna take those camping too because then it’s just easy. Just pull that thing off out of there and put it in the trash and no mess anywhere. Well enjoy your coffee pot. I think you will.

I’m very impressed with this Espresso Machine. The stainless steel design looks sleek and modern, and it fits perfectly on my kitchen counter without taking up too much space. The 42 oz removable water tank is a huge plus—easy to refill and clean, and large enough that I don’t have to constantly add water. The espresso quality is excellent. It pulls rich, flavorful shots with a nice crema every time. The 20 bar pressure really makes a difference. The milk frother works great for cappuccinos and lattes, producing smooth, creamy foam that rivals what I get at a coffee shop. I also love that it can make cold brew, which is a nice bonus. INSTRUCTIONS need to be revised. A. 1st time ON that Dial needs to be turned all the way ON until it stops buzzing because its pre-filling the machine. B. The Making Espresso instructions, its NOT Press for 1 shot, Press and Hold for 2 shots. CORRECT way, Press for 1 Shot, Press AGAIN and hold for 3 sec for 2 Shots. If you want a Double, its Press 2x hold for 3sec. C. Theres also NO indicator that the machine acknowledged for a 2 Shot Espresso. It just blinks like the 1 Shot. So you'll just have to trust you did it correctly. D. Being discounted @ $70 is worth it.
