It’s perfect for making lattes and cappuccinos, with automatic frothing and an easy-to-use design. The touch screen is intuitive and responsive, making the entire brewing process incredibly simple. I highly recommend this espresso machine. It brews excellent espresso, but it’s important to maintain the machine properly for the best results. I quite liked this machine, unfortunately, a small plastic washer deteriorated between the milk container and the espresso machine and it no longer produces ANY type of frothy milk. I would like a replacement washer. If not available, then this machine has failed with less than 6 months of use and I am requesting a replacement.     • Needs a new portafilter

Needs a new port-a-filter then it would work perfect. After pre-heating, you can get a very hot cup of both expresso, and hot milk. No issue there. Good heating components. MUST PREHEAT however. This is a very beginner machine and requires lots of fussing around to use the preheat. Cleaning is a bit difficult because you need to remove the milk to clean the steam bar. If using only bottled purified water, this can make cleanup a bit annoying and expensive if buying your own purified water. Overall a great product, exceptionally hot after learning the machine. I am returning, sadly, because does not pull a full shot or two with the provided portafilter no matter how many adjustments I make to the grind or amount of grounds. The portafilter is fussy as well. You must to align perfectly and twist to lock in place, before locking into dock. I don’t want to invest in a new portafilter. This machine is good if you enjoy fiddling and fussing, can drive a manual transmission, or, are good at understanding pump mechanics. Basically this machine is good for mechanically inclined people, people who grind their own beans, and those that don’t mind getting a new portafilter to pull an easier shot. ... show more

It's been a little less than a week but so far, I'm really LOVING it! It's all so automated, all I have to do is turn it on, fill it with coffee, attach the milk canister and walk away ... I like honey latte's so I put a dab of honey in my mug and by the time I've brushed my teetch and splashed my face, I've got a beautifully homemade latte. In my estimation, it's already saved me at least $80 (a honey latte at my local cafe costs $7.50). I've made at least 12 lattes and probably would have made more if not for running out of grounds. ... show more

The machine made decent coffee, but it was not very hot. The biggest problem was with the frothing mechanism. My daughter and I could not drink our cappuccinos because the drink tasted like chemicals. Although I had already ran 5 cleaning cycles prior to using the machine for the first time, I decided I would try running it through again a few times, but this time, I would look to see what was coming out of the frother. The shared pictures show the first cup was water not put through the machine, just to show the water and glass was free of debris. Second picture was after 15 runs through the clean cycle, and the final picture was after 25 runs through the clean cycle. The machine frother is putting out tiny pieces of what appears to be plastic when the frother is used. This machine is fine if you don't plan to use the milk frother for anything, but be aware, if you make a cappuccino or latte, you will end up drinking plastic. ... show more

As some of the other reviews have noted, the milk frother stopped working about halfway through the first year. It's inexpensive, nice looking, compact, and did a nice job until that point. Unfortunately, it seems to be a recurring theme that the build quality is simply subpar. The support email admitted they really only exist for providing instructions and eliminating user error, deferring all actual defects and warranty complaints to the Amazon process through the seller. Unfortunately, this leaves the product as semi-disposable and something I simply can't recommend. ... show more
