Specific Uses For Product: Hot Water Function Please turn on the espresso machine. When the machine has finished preheating, turn the knob on the side to the WATER position to let the hot water come out. Make Iced Coffee In Minutes. You can add ice water to the water tank (or ice cubes with normal temperature water). We recommend making iced coffee before preheating the machine and making hot coffee and frothing the milk. Otherwise you need to wait for the espresso machine to cool down before you can make iced coffee, or turn “Steam Knob/Hot Water Knob” to be ON and release water to cool down the machine. This makes fantastic espresso and I quite love the design of it. The instructions are a bit unclear, and you definitely have to read them as the process of pre-heating and setting things up doe require a couple of knob turns. This has a touch screen interface, but don't let that fool you, you still need to manually pre-heat and obviously tamper the espresso. I do have a few criticisms: I could never figure out how to get the two different sized espresso holders to fit. One works, but the other doesn't. The instructions are a bit vague on that point. The other is that it comes with a plastic tamper, which is certainly usable, but won't give you as perfect a press as you would get with a heavier or spring-loaded tamper. This is a very good product, and I really like it, but there are some quirks. ... show more

It arrived quickly, and I’m really impressed—it’s super easy to use and makes amazing coffee! It’s perfect for espressos, Americanos, cappuccinos, and lattes. The machine is also really fast at brewing coffee and making froth. I tried making a cold brew, and then used cold milk to create a thick, dense froth. It worked perfectly, and I poured the froth over my coffee for an extra creamy drink. The steam wand is easy to use, and adding a bit of chocolate syrup makes my lattes even more delicious. This coffee machine has made my mornings much better! I can now make café-style drinks at home, and they taste just as good as what I’d get at a coffee shop. I am so impressed with this touch-screen espresso maker! It is so easy and convenient to use and makes delicious coffee. I love that it comes with a milk steaming wand. It's a lot more simple and streamlined to use than a more expensive espresso machine. There are many drink options to choose from on the touchscreen: normal espresso shot, a double espresso shot, americano, cooled espresso, and steaming milk option. You can make so many coffee shop quality drinks right at home and super easy as well! The LED screen is bright and beautiful and very easy to read. The machine brews quickly and efficiently. The machine has 20 bar high pressure extraction for the best tasting and most flavorful espresso. The extracted espresso is delicious and has a nice crema.
