The media could not be loaded. So far so good. The machine and its accessories were packed well. Easy to clean and setup. Ran a full tank of filtered water through the Americano setting since I would imagine that’s the longest water run. The compact design is perfect for under my cabinets. A bit lightweight, so it’s a two hand job to attach the portafilter. The suction feet on the bottom is not that strong. However, this machine did make my less liked coffee beans taste AMAZING! I successfully make a delicious cup of Cappuccino with double espresso and fresh raw milk using the steamed milk setting. The espresso extraction was on point with a great flow. The preprogrammed buttons are easy to use. You can look at the preprogrammed button functionality as easy or limited… I see it as easy since I’m just a beginner and this is my first espresso machine. The machine is a great value for your money if your goal is to simply make espressos. There are a lot of plastic parts which I don’t really care for, but I got what I paid for and happy that my once blah beans are delicious now. 7/30/25 UPDATE: I was able to find a stainless steel 51mm Bottomless Portafilter & Puck Screen right here on Amazon. The WhaleSiper fits perfectly! Highly recommend upgrading to a stainless steel portafilter.

I loved the espresso machine. It's super easy to use and makes piping-hot coffee with a strong, coffee-shop flavor. I like that it doesn't take up much space and the design looks nice in the kitchen. The milk frother works well, although you have to get the hang of it at first. In just a few minutes, my coffee is ready, and cleanup isn't complicated. If you like strong coffee with a good crema, this coffee maker is worth it. I use it every day!

Omg I have always wanted one of these. I am truly in love with it now. I find myself making cups just because I have this in my kitchen. The price of this espresso is absolutely worth it. The quality of it overall is top notch and you’ll definitely love making coffee throughout the day. I love how easy it is to use, in the beginning I thought it would be hard but in all honesty it’s not. The speed of brewing I like because you can adjust it to your own liking. The size is perfect and I definitely love this.

It's a mehhhhh for me. The two stars because it's compact and the removal of water container. However, for the rest of it- no stars. The release of air to the steamer, releases too much water when steaming milk, making the milk slight watery. The steamer has to be scrubbed on the outside to clean as well. I read and followed the instructions. It's a no for me.
