Am very happy with my purchase of the T300 MAX tricycle. Have looked at several different brands at local area stores and went over it to compare the quality. As well built as any I looked at and for the power, build quality, and ease of operation. I’m very impressed and happy! Assembly was easy and the manual is very straightforward and easy to follow for any with a little bit of ingenuity and basic mechanical skills. Battery life seems to be fine as I have put on around 65-72 miles and 2 charges. As with any rechargeable batteries ALWAYS CHARGE when you get them even if they show they are. Not doing this step is the #1 reason for battery failure. The stability is as good as it gets for a 3 wheel bike. It will most likely be driver error if you don’t use common sense. Overall Great purchase!

This title is just the ticket for me. I am an 82yo woman and I like to "move"! My daughter and her partner assembled it for me. They told me it was fairly easy to assemble. The title is solid and the instructions were clear. I haven't had to recharge the battery bu t I have quite a few miles on it and it is still running strong. The tryke is stable even on uneven surfaces. I am thrilled with it. My only complaint is that I can't get a cart that attaches for my dog.

Nice Trikes after working with manufacturers

The trikes were a big item to be ordering on Amazon but I was not disappointed. They actually came earlier than promised. I ordered 2 one black and one purple. The purple one was assembled with no major issues. However, the black one encountered several issues: bent seat bracket, missing foot rest, and difficulty in starting up. After many written communications from the manufacturer we were able to get it working. The communication responses were quick and understandable. The fixes dealt with connectivity checks to ensure the power was getting from the battery to the motor. I did find some disconnected cables and had some challenges seating the battery. Once these items were corrected the bike powered up. I was disappointed that while one item worked from the start, the 2nd one appeared to be a lemon with all these issues. However, the manufacturer did provide $100 refund for all my troubles and reminded me that a I had a manufacturer warranty with purchase. This was satisfactory to me because of the potential trouble shipping the bike back for a new one. I am satisfied and appreciate the quick and professional responses from the manufacturer. I would purchase again.

Oh my gosh, I love my purple e-bike. I feel so safe riding it and when I’m tired of pedaling, I switch to battery. It was 90% ready so it was no problem putting it together. Excellent quality and battery life. A really great value for my money.

You’re gonna need a house

It is sturdy and runs great but it is soooo much larger than I expected. According to the included pamphlet, you should have it in a garage even for charging and not an apartment like me; this would be nice information on the selling page. So it looks like I’m going to have to try and sell it on Facebook marketplace. Also the assembly directions from the incomplete book vs the no verbal instruction video are not in the same order and should be far more detailed.
